Not only does our condo offer additional views with its floor to ceiling windows, it also gives a much more open and airy feel! Enjoys the view from the 94 sq. ft. private balcony, living room, and kitchen! Our lovely 873 sq. ft., 6th-floor condo is located in the very popular, sought-after, family-friendly Pelican Beach Resort !
For your comfort and enjoyment, the decor is light and bright with an elegant beach feel, custom artwork, and brand new flooring!
The master bedroom offers a plush king bed, wall-mounted TV and, ensuite bath/shower.
The hallway features recessed twin-over-twin bunks, which are perfect for children and teens.
The secondary, spacious bathroom has a large walk-in shower.
The living room features a new, cozy sofa-chaise sectional, with a very comfortable full-sized pullout sleeper for optimal sleeping arrangements.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-sized range, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig/coffee maker combination, blender, toaster, cookware, dinnerware, eating utensils, etc.
This condominium is fully stocked with linens, bath towels, and wash clothes.
There are beach chairs, beach umbrella, pool noodles, boogie boards, and sand toys in the hall closet for your use and convenience! You also have the option to rent a beach set-up, kayaks, and paddleboards from the on-site rental company at Pelican Beach Resort, La Dolce Vita.
Pelican Beach Resort is located DIRECTLY on the beach and in the heart of Central Destin! No walking across the street to get to the beach! There are numerous activities including Big Kahuna’s Water Park, great restaurants, souvenir shops such as Alvin’s Island, Winn Dixie, ice cream parlors, a hot dog stand, and much, much more close by and some are within walking distance!
If you do not want to leave the property, Pelican Beach Resort offers amenities for the entire family to enjoy. Our family had a fantastic time at this beachfront condo! The location is unbeatable — right on the beach with breathtaking views and easy access to the sand, which made it super convenient with kids. The condo was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of beach gear.We especially loved the balcony where we could relax and watch the sunset as a family. The building felt safe and family-friendly, with a nice pool and quiet surroundings. It was also close to grocery stores, restaurants, and kid-friendly attractions, which made outings easy and fun.The host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We made amazing memories here and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend for families looking for a stress-free beach getaway!

Very clean had everything we needed should have been notified a day ahead on the door code and locat

This was the first time we used VRBO. Did not receive instrutions on check in process had to contact the host it took a while so we called customer service. They helped right away we were very happy with the condo and how clean it was. The kitchen was well stocked with all items we needed for making meals. All the pools were enjoyable and the beach was beautiful the cafe had really great food. We book again if we come to destin.

I had trouble locating the part of the check-in that had the door code and called the host and had to leave a message, no return call! Eventually found the code but wasn’t easy. No smoking supposedly but we couldn’t sit on the balcony without smelling the cigarette smoke from the people below us. Trash chute outside the door was a regular racquet.

Great property!

The views were great and property was just as listed. The garbage chute is located outside of the bedroom window, which can be noisy if you are sensitive to sound. Also very convenient to throw trash though. Pools were heated and the beach was perfect. We would return!

Beautiful beach life

Light, bright, comfy & clean unit with a well-stocked kitchen. Snow white sand, emerald green water, and regular dolphin sightings made every day a delight. The panoramic view from the balcony offered both sunrise and sunset views for lots of photos.

Stunning view

The photos for this listing are spot on! The views are spectacular and the modern beach feel of the condo is beautiful and tastefully done. The king bed in the master was very comfortable. We happened to be there during the first snow in over 35 years which was kinda different for a beach vacation.We’ll need to come back when the weather is a little milder.

The views were unbeatable, the beach was gorgeous. Our tweens loved the bunk beds and we fit 5 comfortably in the unit. Check in was very simple, hope to come back!

Beautiful view!, great location. Very clean and well maintained. Condo is well equipped. Comfortable bed. Only negative I would say is trash chute is right outside of your bedroom window. Am glad the building was almost empty due to off season, if not, it could have been pretty noisy.

Anniversary trip

Extremely clean and everything from the coffee to the toilet paper was name brand and quality. Loved being in the corner unit. I ended up having some questions for the owners and they responded quickly and were very thoughtful over the years we have stayed in several condos but this by far was the total package
