I had a serious issue with check-in. Was given room 311 and the key was not programed. I had to returned to the desk to be programed. Then, after 2 hours later another couple entered my room stating it was their room. I called the front desk and the receptionist stated it was an error and i will be given points. Finally, went to dinner and when i returned the room key did not work and i had to returned to the desk. The same receptionist programed the keys but, did not even apologized for the inconvenience. All happened 11/21/25 between 3pm and 6pm.

Upon entering the hotel lobby I noticed how clean and bright it was. Checking in was quick and easy and the desk clerk was very polite. All of the hotel amenities was close by each other making it easy to use. Getting to our room was easy and our room was great. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast the following morning and it was delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

Is a Good hotel. We will stay here again. The reasons for taking a star are, bathroom sink was partially clogged, the caulking around the shower base was coming unglued, making it having a little unattractive, and the room had what I call a damp carpet smell, not horrible, and the bed sheet had small stains. Overall, the room was ok.

The free breakfast was very good. They had a lot of options. The hotel room was clean and spacious. The pool was clean. The evening employee was not as friendly and helpful as all the other employees. We especially liked the women that worked at the breakfast area. She kept the breakfast foods well stocked at all times. She was very friendly and helpful.

My checkout time was 12 PM. And I received Knocking on the door at 11 AM. Waking me up and disturbing my rest that I needed before my long road trip . This happens to me all the time at other hotels as well. What’s the sense of getting an extended hour sleep in when they wake you up earlier than your checkout time!!!!
