My experience staying at Hampton Inn & Suites for 9 days was great. Staff was very accommodating & friendly. The room was ordor free and clean. Me and my siblings stayed in the Queen Studio Suite very spacious. It was a good experience. My sister wished that the bathroom sink was inside the bathroom, but, other than that we could have not stayed at a better hotel. Area stores & eateries along with the hotel to go breakfast (due to covid) was a great plus.

Everything was great, from checking in to the room, to breakfast. Definitely 5 stars!

The first night was fine. The second was the worst I have ever had. There was what seemed to be a combination birthday/halloween party being held there. We were in between two of the rooms. The yelling, screaming and banging around started at 9. At 11:11 I called the front desk to ask if there was a noise policy. They said someone would come up. At 11:38, I called the front desk again. The noise had not abated and my bed was actually moving because of the walls being hit in the next room. An employee did come up this time and knocked on the room next door and asked them to keep it down. This worked for about 1/2 hour. They apparently finally fell asleep at 1:38. I can be detailed in the times because I was unable to sleep. I had a very long drive home the next morning on very little sleep. I was told I would be contacted by the manager, but haven't been as of yet.

The staff, from the front desk, housekeeping and breakfast staff, were all absolutely great! They provided GENUINE prompt and courteous customer service. If I'm not mistaken, I would think their management staff is a great staff to work for because all the Employees seemed happy and enjoyed fulfilling the duties of their job. The gentleman at the front desk was courteous multiple times as we needed a mini fridge in the room, late check-out and pool towels. Service was prompt. The lady at breakfast was so nice, it was like she was serving us from her own kitchen. She paid extra attention to the children and they felt special! The housekeeping staff was nice, courteous and not shy to speak to the customer. The room was very clean too! All good stuff, thank you very much!

This hotel was close to the softball facility and worked out great for a weekend tournament. Good breakfast, as well as close to shopping and restaurants. Rooms very clean and great staff. Will come back again.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was outstanding every day, room was nice, clean and quite comfortable. Next time I am up that way I will definitely stay again!

I stayed recently for an evening, and as usual Hampton Inns are perfectly managed. What gets me there are the beds: they have the best beds in the business, from the mattress to the sheets. I always know I'll sleep good. What keeps me coming are the little things: lots of in-room coffee so I don't have to g sniffing around for more in the morning, the early check-in accommodation, the great breakfast. The room was beautiful, and the place was quite. I'll definitely stay again, and I highly recommend.

The hotel was in a great location. Easy to get to and from and very convenient to local attractions. We did have one night that we had noisy neighbors but that was not the fault of the hotel. Just rude neighbors. People with children should be placed on the first floor. The staff was very considerate and efficient. Every request was taken seriously and resolved. Thanks to the cleaning personnel, great job taking care of our room.

The place was very impressive. The location was great for us. Went to Birch Run and Frankenmuth. The staff was great, friendly, curtious and very helpful.
