Having to pay an extra 100$ to have a dog stay is ridiculous…. If my dog made a mess I understand but if not… unnecessary. Too expensive!!
I chose this property because it had a fitness center. It was closed (and by the looks of it, has been closed for MONTHS - windows covered up and all). Also, the pool was closed, elevator did not work, credit card processing didn't work at the cafe...not much worked. Screen door on the patio was not attached (so I could not keep the patio door open without a screen to cover it) I had some food in a closed (but no air-tight) container in the room. The next morning, it was crawling with ants (inside my room on the second floor). This is a rough stay...

the room was good, but the two things we went there for were closed that was the pool and the bistro. that would have been to know before we booked the room.
Don't like the fact that they charge you to park. Odd. They were still dealing with Covid restrictions so pool closed early and no hot breakfast. Two things in which my family looks forward to at any hotel stay.

This property needs renovations! Room was ok, but nothing special! No refrigerator in room, blow dryer didn’t work, not enough blankets or towels! Staff are nice! But all decor is dated and pool water was cloudy and looked very unappealing! Won’t stay here again!

I paid extra for breakfast. The breakfast offered Grab and Go) was not the breakfast that was supposed to be offered as portrayed in the hotel listing on Orbitz. I paid an extra $20 for basically nothing. The Grab and Go bags were gone by the time we went to get them.
Take to long to refund security hold been waiting for almost two weeks!!!!

Property was nice; no complaints in that area. Our only frustration was with the lack of shuttle service. We were excited to read in the booklet left in the room that a shuttle service was or might be available. It stated “ask the front desk about shuttle and cab services”. We asked and two associates were clueless about either. They knew there was no shuttle service and had no ideas for other transportation options. They called a couple cab services but no luck. After about 20 minutes and one of them calling someone did they find a card in the desk drawer for their “recommended” cab service.
It was just a letdown . I primarily stay at Marriott this was probably the cheapest as far as the quality of the facility not the cost . Of any Marriott I have ever stayed in. If you are a Marriott regular you’ll wonder if you stopped at the right place. However the staff was really friendly and helpful and for the most part the place was clean. The coffee shop however has a little prick that works and they’re very sour disposition .
I would have liked to have breakfast at the hotel on Sunday morning but service stopped at 10am, which seems awfully early for a weekend.
Noisy. Bus tour patrons on our floor and were noisy until midnight. Room was clean but not a good stay. Staff indifferent.
