Noisy. Bus tour patrons on our floor and were noisy until midnight. Room was clean but not a good stay. Staff indifferent.

Stayed during our semi-annual trip to Bronner's Christmas store. Was about 20 minutes away. Many restaurants and antique/thrift stores along the way. Clean room, quiet area, cheerful sometimes comedic staff. Staff gave the impression that they enjoyed working at the Courtyard. That was a nice change from some of the hotels we have visited in the past. Will definitely consider staying again in the future.

Awesome place to stay! Friendly stuff, great rooms!

I was passing through for business, and arrived very late. First of all, every single staff member went above and beyond. They were all extremely friendly and eager to help. I ran into a couple of issues, and they quickly responded to my needs. However, I probably won't stay here again, because the room itself just wasn't what I needed for a relaxing stay. There was a dirty rag in the corner, no shampoo (just lots of conditioner), no hairdryer (which a staff member quickly remedied), and, well, that's how it goes. Once you notice a few annoying things you start to notice a lot more! The room was sort of outdated, there was a shortage of convenient outlets... I was just ready to go. But, again, the staff were wonderful.

Could tell it was either a newer hotel or had a refresh. Room clean and bed was very comfortable. AC/Heater fan was quiet compared to many other hotels. There was group of kids in town for tournment, don't understand why they didn't keep them to one part of the hotel instead of rooms being throughout. Did like the option at check-in for what floor to be on. Took the check-in person's advice and went top floor to reduce amount of kid traffic in halls/above. Seems the rate was about $20 higher compared to other places I've stayed for what you get, but we had a small group that wanted to stay here (6 rooms)

Booked hotel last minute. Booked king room with hot tub. Quick easy check in. Friendly staff. Room a little blah and disappointing. Clean, quiet, dark, nice only problem was hot tub had no pressure and didnt drain very well. Didnt complain but advised front desk. They said they would have offered a partial credit but because I booked on line here there was nothing they could do. Wonderful breakfast allow lots of time as they are understaffed. Good value. Pool not at all the size it appears in pictures. It was a nice getaway, about 35 kms to the outlet malls and Frankenmuth.

Clean comfortable room, good breakfast food at the Bistro Cafe. Friendly helpful staff.

The room was very nice and clean and the free breakfast was more then expected.

staff was excellent, very personable and friendly and helpful, beds were perfect, very comfortable and air conditioned room was a pleasure

Very convenient to the FNT airport. Very clean and comfortable hotel. The staff was very accommodating, friendly and professional. The breakfast included in my room was delicious! Starbuck's coffee, yogurt parfaits and an assortment of pastries that looked delectable (not on my diet, unfortunately). I would definitely stay in this hotel again when I visit Flint. I had a short 10 minute drive to return my rental car and checked into my flight within 15 minutes!

Perfect experience from Check-In to Check-Out. The beds are super comfortable. The room is clean, spacious & modern. It lacks for nothing. I've stayed in several of the hotels located right in that area & this is by far my new 'go to' hotel of choice!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. They were busy the weekend we were there and they were also in the middle of a rather large remodel and it was peace and quiet all weekend. The room was very clean and comfortable and we will return. It was located right of the Hiway and 20 minutes from Birch Run Outlet Mall and 30 minutes from Frankenmuth. We will return to this hotel.

The hotel was easy to find, check in was simple [...]. Once we were in the room the front desk called to ask if we had everything we needed. It was super quiet. The negatives were the fold out couch sat so low it was difficult to get up and the shower didn't have a mat and the bottom was slippery. Next time I stay there I will request a handicap room.

Great people who made sure to find our weird lost reservation.

We went to bronners while we were there and it wasnt a far trip from the hotel to there. The hotel was very quite and the staff was very nice.

This is a great place for friends to stay. Some of the rooms have balconies, which would be great in the summer. There is also a large outdoor area and a nice indoor pool/jacuzzi area. The hot breakfast bar includes waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits/gravy and more. [...]

This hotel was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful. We were on our yearly shopping trip to Birch Run and stayed in a horrible place in Saginaw the first night. We booked the Courtyard for our second night and know that we will return there next year for the full weekend. It was a great rate and included breakfast.

The hotel was excellent. My room was very clean, spacious, and well laid out. The king size bed was very plush, and extremely comfortable. I was on the top floor, and it was very quiet. One of the best rooms I've ever stayed in !

My husband and I decided to finally visit Frankenmuth in Michigan. We like a nice, clean hotel but nothing too expensive. We found this Courtyard [...] that included two free breakfasts. The price was pretty close to our range, but the free breakfast sealed the deal. Flint is about 25 minutes or so south of Frankenmuth but we weren't keen on staying where we knew it would be psycho travelers near Frankenmuth and Birch Run. We were pleased to discover that the hotel was nestled in a quiet business park just off the highway. We checked in later in the evening around 9PM. The woman at the front desk was extremely friendly. Our room was clean and cute. No issues. The breakfast was wonderful! It turned out to be a breakfast buffet! We even had a waitress who was also wonderful. They had scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, seasoned potatoes, sausage gravy and biscuits, made to order eggs, cereal, toast, make your own waffles, hot oatmeal with toppings, yogurt, juice, milk, fresh fruit galore and more! The buffet at regular cost, I believe, was $8.95 which was reasonable. We ate for free! Anyway, it was a perfect place to stay. Tons of pillows on our huge king-size bed, but they were the feather kind and I don't like those. That would be my only complaint. My husband told me I should have brought my own pillow like he did... We heard no noise. We recommend.

The hotel staff argued with me about the [...] special free breakfast promotion upon check-in. When I printed off the confirmation, they begrudgingly highlighted the details, and passed the issue on to the breakfast staff (breakfast was chaos). In the elevator, another guest told me that his windows were smashed and his GPS stolen the night before. Given that information, and being a single female traveler, I didn't appreciate being put in a room at the far end of the hallway next to the stairway to the outside.
