It was a pleasant stay. I’ve been here before so I must have thought it was ok or I wouldn’t have come back.

I applied a $50 cash deposit for incidentals at check in. At check out I could not get my deposit refundEd because it’s only refunded between certain hours. I had a a 6:00am departure flight and the clerk told me that it would take 45 minutes to an hour to refund the cash and charge the deposit to my credit card instead. This is unacceptable and I will continue my efforts to get my deposit refunded.

Manager wasn’t friendly and housekeepers half cleaned. They didn’t sweep or vacuum. They left clean towels and just threw the blankets back on the bed. They weren’t tucked neatly or anything. The manager said they only clean after checkout. We were there 8 days. They only cleaned twice. We had to ask for service. They came the first couple days at 9 when we were sleep and never came back. After that we were up and gone by 1030. When they came the half cleaned. The pool and pool area was disgusting! The best part of the stay were the beds. Very comfortable!

When we got to the hotel we got stuck in the elevator, two different time. The pool area as mold and the paint is coming off the walls. The pool was cold, we couldn’t even swim in it.

Location was my best interest for an early flight and good choices of restaurants in the area.

Not good. On 3rd floor and no elevator entire stay. Had to walk outside the building to access pool. No clean pool towels. Reserved room for four, but only 2 towels. Two bulbs burned out. Workout area closed. No outlets or other options for charging phones without unplugging lamps. Tub not clean. Lots of areas needing repair in room and throughout hotel. No hot eggs, bacon, sausage or oatmeal at breakfast. Staff smoking outside both front and back doors. Desk clerk smelled heavily of smoke and often leaving desk unmanned to smoke outside with friends, even when I was clearly at front desk needing assistance. Would never stay here again

Good service, clean room. Very helpful staff, to help out and answer questions

Stayed 2 nights. Charged for 3 nights. Kept calling for Eli the manager, several employees took my number, Eli never called.

Cracker Barrel next door was nice. Bed was very cofortable. Hear ac unit was very quiet. Had a problem with the bathroom and they fixed it right away. Location on on I 75 was very great

Clean hotel, quiet and great breakfast. We stayed for one night. Close to Birch Run and very affordable

Not as comfortable as home, but good enough for a couple of nights. Wish there had been eggs on the breakfast bar.

Nice venue, close to eateries and expressway Staff was great, friendly and attentive

Our suite smelled like smoke for the two nights we stayed. The carpet and furniture was covered from previous guests smoking. A cigarette butt was found on the floor next to the chair. Mirrors and A/C units were covered in grime, we had to wipe them down. The carpet floors also had red stains, still not sure what that was from.

The hotel staff was incompetent, the ice machine was broken, and the entire hotel smelled like BO

Thank you for taking the time to review our property! As you know, when paying a cash deposit, you sign the deposit paperwork that stipulates when it is able to be retrieved. I do apologize if you overlooked this prior to signing. Deposits are dropped into the manager's safe, which only he has access to. It must be retrieved during standard business hours while management is in. Please reach out to a manger so they may take care of this for you. Thank you!

I will relay your concerns to the appropriate department and have them look into the issue. I will also review the cameras to see who was disturbing you at 9am, as our housekeepers do not arrive until 10am. While it does have some cosmetic issues that are being handled via the renovation, the pool is fully functional, licensed, and follows all regulations set forth by the State of MI. Thank you for taking the time to review our property! I apologize for any inconvenience our renovations caused you. While we are renovating the first floor, the interior entrance to the pool is inaccessible, which is why everyone is informed prior to check in that you would have to use the exterior entrance to gain entry. The workout facility is listed as temporarily closed online, I do apologize if that information was overlooked when booking your room. Regarding your room, I am sorry to hear of the issue you encountered and wish you would've mentioned it after check in, during your stay, or even at check out so we may have been able to offer a solution. While we do not currently offer hot eggs or hot meat for breakfast, we do offer a variety of other hot options - including oatmeal, biscuits and sausage gravy, waffles, pancakes, and french toast. Finally, I do apologize if the clerk taking their state mandated break caused you any issue. Thank you for your business!
