Inviting open space perfect for private time as well as entertainment. Back patio backs up to wooded pine trees. This is a Minimum 30 DAY RENTAL Although the system will allow you to book a rental for less than 30 days it will be cancelled due to the rules of the HOA. Rent for 1 or 2 months. Bookings are for a full month beginning on the 1st and ending on the last day of the month. Renters will have full privileges' at Continental Country club for golf, tennis, pickleball, fitness, swimming, relaxation and social events. Full access to Bear Paw Recreation Center. Bear Paw offers Snack Bar, featuring Starbucks Coffee, and Dreyer's Ice Cream. Outdoor Jacuzzi, Billiard Tables, Foosball, Playstation and Xbox gaming consoles. Heated pool, kiddie pool, miniature golf, ping pong and half basketball court. Bear Paw Rec Center is a three minute walk from the house.
