This was honestly one of the most unpleasant hotels I have ever stayed at. It was pretty dirty. The lock on our door didn't work. There were stains on the walls. The comforter was threadbare. There were hairs in the sheets. Overall was super disappointing and would not come back.

This property was really disappointing and really, i'm disappointed in Orbitz for hosting this hotel. When walking around the room, my feet turned color because the floors were so dirty. Missing outlet covers.. Never again. Only plus is that the staff was reasonably nice... we checked out a day early, did not ask for our money back, just left as fast as we could after seeing the Redwoods.

The view was looking at an rv park and and old boat behind the building, not really an ocean view. The place was way too expensive.

Windowsills had mildew, there were dead bugs in the fridge, hair in the tub. When making reservations we weren't told amenities and breakfast were closed due to covid. Website is not accurate and my confirmation said ocean view but the room with 3 queens was on the opposite side and the staff told us its the only 2 they have and neither are ocean view. All we could see was a dirty RV park.

The bedding was riddled with hair and sand. When requesting new sheets the new sheets had mold stains. The room itself was nice, but we both struggled to sleep because of the stuff we found on the sheets.

Really liked how close to the beach it was. Rooms are pretty clean but during our four day stay, they decided not to service our room the final evening. Person at counter said it was new policy not to service room after multiple days stay. No notice given. I had to take out our garbage and go to the lobby to ask for clean towels, garbage bags and a broom. If this is truly their new policy, we will stay elsewhere next time.

I would never stay in Crescent City because of the stupid fog horn. Had to have multiple fans on to drown out the sound to sleep at night.

The hotel is a motel, the rooms were true to the picture but the hot tub was drained and our beach view was a run down trailer park. The rooms were clean and the location was walking distance to the beach but nothing at all what we expected.

Very nice rooms. I loved how they had a full size mirror and also a nice magnified mirror perfect for putting on makeup.

Modern furnishings. Extra ammenties like make-up mirror. Low sitting toilet. Comfortable matress. Hot hot tub and jets worked. Breakfast remarkable. Second floor ocean view special. Heating/ac well done.

The property is OK. The breakfast is average. The hotel itself is not in a great area. Half of the rooms have a few of a trailer park just behind the hotel. Not very pretty to look at. Area surrounding the hotel is very run down.

The ocean was super close. The only thing we didn't like was the fresh paint smell was really bad but when you got used to it it was fine. The location was perfect close to everything One last thing don't go to the Mexican restaurant across the road the service sucked just hope that the food was good but I'll never find out because we couldn't get past the rude girl that took our order.
