The staff was wonderful. We had dogs so put us on first floor near an exit which was great. Room smelled a little of urine which might be because they use that room regularly for puppies. But the beds were comfortable and we had space for their kennel. We booked with 4 adults yet only got 3 towels? Not a huge deal.

The 2 hot dishes were either tasteless or looked really yucky (beef and potato and cheddar burrito thing) when I cut into it. The rest of the choices were so-so. Part of the reason I chose this hotel was because the breakfast was included. The ice machine wasn't working after the first day. Our room was great. I slept on the pull out couch and it was even comfortable.
Clean and nice room. Didn’t have the waffle iron going which was a bummer - my kids loved that when we stayed in December. The pool was quite warm which was great.
It is a wonderful place to stay with family. Convenient to order food. Many options including Chinese cuisines.

The hotel was Close to mall and many food establishments.
The BAD: Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the pool is closed and the breakfast is very, very limited. Coffee. Juice. Muffins.yogurt. Plain oatmeal. Granola bars. Definitely not anything for a diabetic or a healthy conscious person. If you stay more than one night (we stayed 3) there is NO HOUSEKEEPING services. You have to get your TP, trash bags, towels, ect from the front desk that is only available when they are not doing other chores on the 1st floor. There was a dead cockroach in the iron when I filled it with water. Asked for an end of the hallway room so not to be bugged by noises but they “forgot” to tell me that this is a animal friendly place (No big deal. I love pups!) but the access doors for the pups are at the end of the hallways. So loud noises all hours of the day & night. The stairways smelled like dogs. Stairway should have a good freshener installed. The GOOD: No bugs found. Rooms were very clean. Bedding was good. A little soft for my taste but but not bad. The outside was well kept. No animal mud pies (poop) anywhere. Big TV. AC was nice and cool. Furnishings are up to date. We did get towels, TP, & trash replenished but with multiple trips to the front desk since they were busy. Felt safe and secure. Plenty of parking. Front desk staff are very nice. Got the lowest price in the sold out area on Orbitz. Lots of places to eat and shop. Tucked into a quiet area.

I cannot thank the manager enough. She was so kind to us during our family crisis. She was thoughtful, considerate and helpful. The rooms were clean, the beds were ultra comfy and they did their best to keep the breakfast area as accessible as possible. Definitely a place to stay

The property was fine, clean, and welcoming. There was a sporadic whining noise coming from outside (sounded electrical) that kept me awake for awhile. Otherwise, we had no problems. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was filling.
