The hotel was good and the staff friendly. A couple of minor issues while there like the air conditioner in our room was not working properly and the maid service did not leave fresh towels for us. But overall I would stay again and recommend it to my friends.

I was in Arcola for one night on Business. This was just an ordinary stay at an affordable Hotel. Very clean, very friendly, great breakfast, great location. I would recommend it to anyone who's looking for a place to spend the night.
We arrived on a warm, Friday night. Check in was quick and easy. Proceeded to our room which was spacious and clean. Bathroom was well stocked with towels, kleenex and toilet paper. The only negative thing about the whole experience was the air conditioning didn't work. So sleeping that night was uncomfortable.
this is a gr8 location off the interstate messed up r rooms and got upgrade so we were all together only complaint was the little pool
This is our third visit and we will be back. Very clean, good breakfast, friendly staff. Children in breakfast area were noisy and messy but that wasn't the fault of the hotel.
It was located right off of I 57 and close to several good places to eat. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The shower was awesome, plenty of hot water and good water pressure.
Really relaxing quiet off from the highway
We booked a non-smoking room, which my Orbitz printout clearly states. We got there, and they gave us a smoking room that smelled of smoke so bad that our children were sick! We asked for the mistake to be corrected, but the response was too bad we are full!!! There was absolutely no other place around to stay because of Bagelfest in Mattoon. There was dried green snot all over one of the pillows. I have never seen a more disgusting hotel, with a totally unresponsive staff!!! I will never ever book a room here again, nor will I use Orbitz!!!!
