Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was better than expected. Overall we would certainly stay again and would recommend.

For the money the hotel was fine. The biggest complaint is that the toilet/shower room were way to small. I am little, 4'10 average weight, couldn't sit down on toilet without smacking my elbow on the toilet paper holder.

Bar and restaurant was comfortable, I prepaid for the hotel and I think I was charged again, with a different amount. But I will check, the staff was very helpful and nice.

Have stayed here before, good location, staff friendly, room clean, bedfirmnes good, breakfast good.

we stayed at your hotel because of a death in the family, it was a very nice and clean room and we would stay again for any reason! the staff was real nice and welcomed us.

I had a three day reservation and on the second night when I went to my room at 11:30 pm there was someone in it, a registered guest, at the front desk they told me that I only paid for 1 day and they gave the room to someone else and they were booked up and did not have a room for me at which point I had to become insistent that they find me accommodations elsewhere. These people knew that the reservations where made through you and paid for in advance to you and now they are charging my credit card for $62.15 for my one night stay after I have paid you $233.70 for the motel.

First impression over the phone was great-- I accidentally booked a smoking room when I wanted non-smoking; when I called the front desk directly, Ashley immediately rebooked me to a non-smoking room with no hassle whatsoever. Greatly appreciated. The motel itself is located at a truck stop-- gas station and a grungy looking restaurant/bar in the same lot. From the front desk, we were directed into an unlocked lobby and up a flight of stairs to get into our room (the upstairs rooms have interior entrances like a normal hotel but also open out onto a "balcony." The room itself was basic, clean enough (no strange smells, though the hallway smelled like smoke), and generally kind of damp. Bathroom was clean, except the shower curtain appeared to be stained with hair dye, and the light fixture hummed and flickered a bit. Continental breakfast was pretty nice-- bagels, muffins, waffle maker and biscuits/gravy, plus some canned fruit salad, coffee and juice. Better than expected Not bad as a place to stop and crash after a long drive, but not something I would stay at for more than a short sleep.

We stayed here as a stop over on our route to Florida. The hotel was being renovated, but did not interfere with our stay. The room was small, but clean. The restaurant next door had a good menu & staff was friendly.

Raintree Inn is off an exit that is under consrtuction, but the hotel itself is very nice for the price! Comfortable, quiet, friendly, good value. When your on the road, too bad there aren't a 69.00 room with this much going for them everywhere.

We went to sleep in what was a seemingly a comfortable, typical roadside hotel only to wake up to the sound of jackhammers at 7am in front of the adjacent room. I'm sure renovations will make the place nicer, but perhaps not while your guests are just waking up?

Very convienent location for a one night stay on our travel home. Would definitely consider staying here again. Room was clean and confortable. Having two exit doors (one an outside door and one to the interior hall) was a plus.

Hardly a 3 star. Property is old and in need of an update. Room was clean and they've done their best with an old building/room. Breakfast was adequate. Some highway noise.

I had driven 11 hours and was looking for a restful stay to get on the road for another day's drive the next day. The hotel staff gave me the name of a good pizzeria that delivered. The hotel was quiet and I got a good night's sleep. I was able to get on the free internet and get some work done for my online job. I left the hotel well rested and satisfied with my stay.

Comfortable, quiet, and clean. Great accommodations for the money. Super desk staff. Great restaurant adjoining. Don't miss the battered walleye or the prime rib. An honest to goodness bargain.

The hotel was close to where my daughter had to play in a softball tournament. The room was clean and reasonably priced. We spend a little bit of time in the room because of the rain and it suited our needs perfectly. I would recommend the hotel to my friends. We didn't get a chance to use the pool because it rained. My husband didn't care too much for the breakfast but it was reasonable for the price we paid to stay there. I would stay again if I needed to.

Comfortable, clean room.Light and bright. A room change was required as a result of a malfunctioning toilet. The night manager handled this effectively without any problem, providing an upgrade gratis. Enjoyable breakfast. A connecting restaurant serves a mean dish of battered walleye too!

Although very clean, this hotel is very noisy, located RIGHT off the interstate. The bathroom is tiny and poorly situated with the toilet and tub in one room and sink next door, BUT with light switch FOR BOTH not one or the other! Breakfast was ample with waffles and biscuits and gravy available for hardier appetites.

liked the free internet and ease of getting on and off interstate. very clean.
