No one at the front desk when checking in. Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to show up. Had to request a new room. Door bolt did not work and door not lined up and could see hallway thru front door.

I checked out on October 4 and the cleaning staff never entered my room on October 3, leaving my bed unmade and shower towels were not removed and there was no do not disturb sign up so I don’t understand why my room was neglected so that made an otherwise great experience but not so good on my last night staying there I would have appreciated my room being cleaned like it was supposed to !

The room was clean, but the outside door by the side parking lot keypads did not work. It was frustrating to have to walk around the building. The breakfast serving lady was friendly and very helpful and polite. She was fantastic at making each guest feel special!

The room was great. Breakfast was great. Pool and hot tub was nice. My only complaint is we had to switch rooms 3 times due to tvs not working. Overall stay was nice and accommodating.
