My room had not one but TWO condom wrappers near the bed and visible hair in the bathtub / shower. Cleanliness is not a high priority at this property. Moreover, the area around my room had a very strong smell of marijuana as some guests were out in the open smoking it. Will never stay here again.

Heater controls did not work, and had to unplug the microwave. Every time I approached the refrigerator, it would beep.
So so... Wasn't great, wasn't bad... The other guests in the establishment were a bit questionable...
The staff at the hotel are very nice..they are doing construction right now so it's kind if noisy in the morning but not to bad.

We stay here every time we are in town. It is in a great location, close to everything you might need, has a very friendly staff, is the most pet friendly hotel chain all for the best price.. Thank you for another wonderful stay!!!
Was close to stores! Staff very helpful and was clean. I Would definitely stay again and the price was good
The location was great, lot of shopping and eating get options. We traveled with our dog and cats and they loved it too. Need to mop the room floors.
It was okay. I wish the room at least had a coffee maker. Even the most basic rooms have those even at motels. Other than that it was okay.
1. Safe in room not functional. Called desk and response was "We don't do safes anymore." So we had to carry our valuables everywhere we went. 2. TV picture blurry and only partially fills screen. Called desk and event was "noted" but no action to replace or repair the TV. 3. Mold in bathtub corners and on soap dish. 4. Wall to wall carpet on floor was continually damp. Probably laid directly on concrete. 5. Refrigerator door hard to close due to large block of freezer ice. 6. Air conditional compressor noise was very disturbing. 7. A light bulb was missing. Called desk but none available. Noted, but never replaced. 8. Bath water was lukewarm; not hot enough to bathe comfortably. 9. No amenities like shampoo or a hair dryer. 10. Left side sink cracked. 11. No soap dish at sink. Had to place soap on paper towel. 12. Had I not paid for the room, we would have moved out the next morning.
Check in went smooth very friendly service as always.
