We’ve stayed at this hotel many times before. This was the first time we had some disappoints in our room. The tv remote for the living room only partially worked so we couldnt change the channel. The furniture was very dusty, and the wall unit in the bedroom area was very noisy so we didn’t use it. Thankfully we had a suite so the bedroom tv worked and the wall unit in the living area worked fine and was quiet so we just had to turn the temp up a little higher to also heat the bedroom area.

Jacuzzi suite was perfect! Clean and spacious.

Pool was awesome. Bed was kinda uncomfortable.

When we first checked in the cable tv did not work Someone removed the phone cord so we had to keep going down to the front desk whenever we had issues. The pool was freezing and the district manager said she could not figure out how to heat the pool. There was only one set of towels in our room. The curtains did not close to darken the room. It was a horrible experience and we will not be going back.

Everything was great but i felt a little uncomfortble walking in at 2:30 a.m. and the front door was unlocked a nobody was at the front desk.

One of the good hotel in Warren & prices were affordable with free breakfast.

The lady that checked me in was amazing! Super friendly and made sure I had everything I needed!

The stay at this hotel was wonderful. My problem was with Orbitz. They never sent our reservations to the hotel. The manager was very helpful, but was surprised that this happened. Thankfully, they had a room for us. This could have been a disaster. Not sure I will use Orbitz again.

My check-in was quick and efficient, and there was a friendly person at the front desk. Luggage trollies were readily available, both on check-in and check-out. When I got to my room, I found it clean and the housekeeper had left the air conditioning on so it was cool for me. Food on the breakfast buffet was of a good variety, plentiful and tasty. Check-out was efficient and handled by another friendly person.

The Hotel is nice and clean. The staff is friendly and my stay was pleasant. The hotel is newer and very clean. I would definitely come back!

A bunch of friends got this hotel room to be closer to Royal Oak/Detroit area for Halloween. The staff was really nice and didn't mind our shenanigans. We were only told once to keep it down and they didn't mind we had more than 4 people in there. Very clean. Good service. Amenities were great. Highly recommend.
