Our visit was fine. For late hour check-ins, please provide a bell at the front desk- I don’t blame the guy for being asleep in the back because our flight and car rental was severely delayed, we didn’t get in until 3am and had no way to contact the front desk guy. Are stay was not the best. We had to literally lean against the doors to get them to open very difficult. The bathroom was the same way. The soap was completely empty in the shower also was very inconvenient. Also we were looking forward to going in the pool and realized when we arrived the pool was closed for repairs, overall very disappointing.

We had sewer issues in our room. The second floor smelled like a sewer. We had mold and water leaking in the window. We had to use excessive force to open and close the door to our room because the floor was buckling underneath the door. We were unable to even use the second lock on the door because the door was so out of whack. I was moved to a different room as a result. But we immediately checked out of the hotel early because the hotel lost power. It was a terrible experience and I’m expecting a refund.

Booked this hotel specifically because it could accommodate us and 5 kids and had a pool only to find out the pool was down and wasn’t informed at check in found out because of a paper in the elevator. Ladies at front desk at night were wonderful though. First room was dirty and smelled bad had to be moved to a new room which was much better! Next day power was out for a couple hours. House keepers were very kind, breakfast was good overall it wasn’t a horrible experience but could have been better for the amount we paid to stay.

Breakfast was available however multiple staff members helping themselves to breakfast and congregating around area during meal hours on 2 of the days. Found them to be rude, unwilling to fill pancake mix even though meal time was still going. Coffee creamer spoiled. They turned off lights as to close up the area while a couple of families were still eating. Staff starting sweeping floor next to tables while we were eating. Pool closed. I would chose another place next time I visit the area.

Place needed restoration, at least in the room. Wallpaper ripped, carpet smelled and had holes/rips, bathroom ceiling had water stains or steam spots. It just looked worn and smelled moldy/not fresh.
