The small second bedroom does not have a closet, though it does have a bathroom attached. With 3 TVs, 1 DVD player, and CD stereo system, you will enjoy all the comforts of home. Enjoy your vacation with this awesome view of the gulf. The condo is comfortable and well maintained, with upgraded flooring and flat screen TVs in the living room and bedroom appointed. Guests can enjoy lovely shared amenities, including pools and a seasonal snack shack.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Condo was great. But, there are a few things that needs to be looked at…. Toaster does not work well at all. TV in guest room will not change channels (using remote or buttons on side of TV) and the channel that it defaults to is not kid appropriate. Pot holders would be nice to have in the unit. None of these would stop us from staying here again; just things that could be done to make it a little more like home.

Everything was great! The location was perfect, everything was clean, neat and working properly. The only thing I would suggest is updating the patio furniture. I would stay here again in the future.

Amazing stay

Arrived a little befor check in and front desk staff assisted me to get my door code after a long day of driving. opened the door to a paridise condominium that had a walk out balcony overlooking the beautiful pool and the ocean just as described in the listing. Thank you for a great stay even with the begining of the COVID-19 issues in the world the staff kept everything clean and sanitized while also making sure we were comfortble through out our stay. we are already planning our next trip to Destin and stay at the same resort.

Disappointed

We were highly disappointed with the rental. We have rented through Sterling Shores for 8+ years and this was the biggest let down to date. We had a maintenance issue that took 3+ days to resolve and each time we checked in on it (twice daily) the customer service rep either wasn't aware of the situation at all or told us a completely different story than the prior person that we spoke with. We ended up speaking with a manager after days of frustration and they did rectify the situation. It was just a major aggravation to have to deal with on a vacation.

Great place.

Very clean and decor up to date. The beach was a little further walk than what we prefer- but we were aware of that going into it. Easy walk. The pool was great for kids! Front desk staff need to work on customer service skills. The option of being able to order drinks and food at the beach is nice. We hope to return.
