This was a good stay and very convenient to Blue Springs State Park. The room was clean. To be honest for the price I paid I did not expect it to be as nice as it was. It was also very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent. I would stay here again if in the area.

Had a problem with checking in also the one bed the sheets were not the cleanest the room kind of smelled a little bit musty but we were all so tired that we are dealing with it

Very noisy. Parking spaces should be assigned since cars park directly outside the door of rooms. Room was not noise proof.

It was very clean people were very helpful the breakfast could be a little bit better... all they had was honey buns, Make your own waffles, and coffee and yogurts.... And some juice that's it and apples and orange.... But other than that we had a great experience

Loud party at night in parking lot from workers in trucks staying there. Terrible breakfast. Non-working waffle maker, you guess when its done. Only options besides are yogurt, fruit, honey buns and cereal. So much for the "hot breakfast advertised on Expedia. No bread, bagels etc. Felt unsafe with all the noise in parking lot late at night! Doors had spaces around and not sealed. You get what you pay for!

Check in was quick and easy. Pet friendly and updated , clean rooms, and comfortable bed. Very quiet, location and safe. I would highly recommend if staying in or near Orange city.
