Wonderful vacation spot with an excellent view! Very easy check in process and well maintained unit. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of closet and drawers. Comfy seating areas both inside and on the patio. Would definitely rent this rental and look forward to returning again! Thank you David!

Great location on the beach and the property setup is good with nice large pool, game room and tiki bar. Friendly staff. Room was nice and clean. Great communication w the owner! Will stay here again.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful family vacation here! The location was perfect for us and beach access was amazing. We loved swimming in the pool and being able to see the ocean so much! We were disappointed to find a few of the amenities were no longer on site like putt putt and the fire show but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great location and view

Loved this location. Great view of beach/pool and nice, big, deep, warm pool. Convenient to have tiki bar and gift shop right there. Had about every thing we needed/wanted. Cleaning on the floor/trim could have been better, but I imagine it’s very difficult to clean w so much sand. Would have liked a non-stick skillet and coffee packets; otherwise, it was excellent! Host was amazing w communication and allowed 11am checkout, just like the hotel. Would definitely come back to this place. Thank you, David!

Great view

Though the hotel itself needs a lot of updating this condo was very clean, homey, and nicely cared for. It had everything needed for a vacation including beach towels. If you're looking for a quiet clean place to stay this is it.

Great place

Unit was great location.beautiful ocean view sat on th balcony for hours enjoying the view. Well equiped kitchen Place is coming back after alot of hurricane damage.whole property could use a little upgrade but they are working on it including pool.TV was tough for us.we are not good with e!ectronics and it was roku but who needs TV when you can look at the ocean! Host was very responsive letting us know pool closure and check in info.called one time for addition parking pass and he picked rightup. Would stay there again in a heartbeat

Family vacation

The condo was located on the beach, you can find everything you need there for beach vacation. Unfortunately the swimming pool was not working otherwise the view from condo would be spectacular. The owner informed us one week before the check and gave 20% discout for this.

Up on arrival followed Directions and got right to condo. Condo was clean and had everything we needed to get settled in. The pool as well as everything around the pool was closed. We still had a blast on the beach as well as many of the exciting activities we did in Daytona.

Great Place to Stay

My friends and I loved our stay here. It was great, the beds were comfortable, clean, and accessible. You are on more of a quiet end of the beach (at least during our stay) but we really enjoyed how close it was to the grocery store and beach stores. Thank you for our stay!
