Yes the room was spotless and your staff was outstanding in every way from check in to check out everyone was friendly, courteous, and enjoyable to communicate with many your buffet breakfast was very beautifully setup everything looked fresh and delicious and it was in every was delicious. Hot items were hot and cold items were cold an the fresh fruits so fresh & delicious. Can't say enough about your omlet cheif he was so engaging with us and his omelet cooked to order delivered to our table personally so impressed. I will definitely return to The Shores 100%. Satisfaction.

The room was clean and cozy. The breakfast was delicious, even the buffet after Thanksgiving. The cost was more than reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. Complimentary bikes and s’mores kits for the kids. The lobby and hallways have a light fresh scent. The parking was a little pricey. $40 a day for valet service or $32 a day to park yourself. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly.

The parking and resorts fees cost more than any 5 star Hotel and this is no five star resort. Again get insurance on your trip or pay triple to move to different place. Its not really set up for events. And say no to eighth floor it smells.

From the minute we checked in and Michelle greeted us, we knew we picked the right spot! Since it’s quiet season, they were able to upgrade our room to double balcony oceanfront. It felt like we were right over the beach! Very clean rooms and facilities. We were visiting my nephew who goes to school at DSC and the valet guys were so accommodating, allowing us to leave the car out front for a few hours here and there without charging us the parking fee. Sore isl shout out to Dom from valet. The pool area was great and we loved the tiki bar (shout out to Doug the bartender!) he even gave me a special drink for my bday!!! They give s’mores kits at night to use at the pool side fire pits too! When we come back to visit, we will definitely rebook at the Shores!!!

One of the best hotel I have stayed at. Clean, friendly staff. We had the ocean view with a balcony. The sunset and sunrise spectacular. We even got to see dolphins. It was an awesome experience. Thank you I will be back.
