Staff was welcoming and friendly. Hotel was beautiful. Restaurant in the hotel was delicious and staff and service is exceptional. Definitely recommend this hotel

Terrible

It was to say the least overpriced. You pay for everything in this hotel, parking and another feed for I still don’t know for…I guess to use the facilities. They give you a complimentary card for a drink of their choice not the guest. The bartender seem like he didn’t enjoy his job. We wanted to try the restaurant on our first evening for dinner and they were so overwhelmed, we were told to come back another night b/c they didn’t have enough staff or waitresses. We ended up eating at Red Lobster. When we checked in we got charged $400 to hold for parking ($25) and another $20 for I guess to be able to use their pool and exercise room and that was daily…horrible I ended up paying $1,100. for 5 days. I felt a little targeted b/c I’m a dark Puerto Rican I felt prejudice in the air…never again…

Awesome!

Were do I start, with the blood and mold on our sofa sleeper, yuck! Wall paper peeling, dirt on the floor trim, and showers that wouldn't hold temp. I would have expected that at a $125 per night hotel but a $500 a night hotel should not be gross like that. not to mention we we paid for an ocean view room which our view of the ocean was the roof of the suites below us. When i told the front desk i wasnt happy about any part of the room including the view her response was i should have got an oceanfront room, glad i didn't spend the $600 for that because the $500 I spent was a big enough disappointment

The employees were awesome to us

Pool under construction, one hot tub closed, means that the entire hotel were at the only thing that was open. Small hot tub. I went to the pool but nowhere said is closed.

Loved it !

Massage was excellent, room and views were great. Amenities told us there were several items on site that were not. Pool was under construction and restaurant is now a sub par burger joint.

Nice property on the beach. Provided with welcoming cocktails and s'more's kit. It would be nice if this property had chairs and umbrellas on the beach for guests. being called resort??!!, and charging extra money as a resort fee, but not giving anything for it. It should have more umbrellas around the pool.
