A/c was loud. Turned it off at bed time.
Stains on our sheets. Bathroom was filthy. Would not stay there again!
Stopped in late during a long drive. I was charged additional “property and parking” fees upon arrival. Beds were uncomfortable and I didn’t even shower because the towels we had were all stained. I figured a cheaper hotel would be ok since we would only be there for a few hours to rest but was uncomfortable the whole time. Not worth saving the money if you can afford a better hotel.
Shockingly bad. AC didn't work. Had to switch rooms twice. AC didn't work right in any of the rooms. Elevator broke while I was checking out, had to carry luggage down stairs. Toilet in my room broke, had to switch rooms. Dirty sheets in all rooms. What looked like mold around the light fixtures and ceilings. Weird smell. The worst hotel I've ever stayed at in recent memory. A friend's dog needed to stay in our bathroom for a couple hours while we got lunch, and after all this trouble, they had the audacity to charge us a pet fee for that. Unbelievable!
Huge things were bugs on The night stand and by the tv. Told the housekeeper and they did not clean it up at all. Then I booked through orbitz and you have to pay an additional 11 per night for parking, admin fee and something else that’s not listed.
When I arrived at the property, i find out that i had to pay for parking and anther extra fee that wasn't mentioned at the time of making the reservation. Charging for paying is acceptable in big cities, given the libation of this hotel it can only be attributed to greed, it is indefensible..
We stayed here a few weeks ago and didn’t have to pay for parking. This time they charged us $5 a night to park… weird. Our air conditioning hardly worked. There was a dog down the hall that barked non stop. The woman at the desk was hardly friendly and acted as though we were a nuisance. The first night we were there the sheriff was in the parking lot, appearing as though he was trying to get a bum out of the bushes. The outside access door on the side of the building doesn’t lock so anyone can walk into the building. I’d say find a hotel with a comparable price- it served its purpose but I feel as though they could have done much better and not charged for parking..
The stay was enjoyable
Cheap hotel that doesn’t allow cancellations or changes.
The location , I did not like, the room was hot when we arrived
Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Look forward to the 'singing breakfast guy', though due to COVID breakfast wasn't the usual great experience, but the hotel still puts their best foot forward for guests.
Everything was clean and well cared for. The staff was very nice.
With everything going on in the country today, their service was great.

Sorry to hear about the inconvenience you has to experience. Our maintenance had checked both the AC and they are working perfectly fine. AC will trip after they reach the required thermostat, the compressor will not work 24 hours straight. it is automatic mechanism. or maybe you were not familiar with the buttons on the AC units.Elevator was fixed immediately after your complain. As far as the pet fees, it is a corporate rule that cannot be changed.Hope we have answered your concerns .

Thank you for providing this necessary feedback. We are continuing training with our staff to prevent this issue from happening in the future. It is always recommended to book through the hotel directly to prevent the added fees.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were not aware of the fees prior to check-in. They should be posted on your confirmation letter under the category "due at property."
