Sheets had stains on them. We requested additional blankets , but were told they only had 2 extras. Surprising that a hotel that size only had 2 blankets.
Location was a must for my family and the Homewood Suites was perfect. Facility was clean throughout and front desk folks were extremely cordial and helpful. Only thing we did not like was 1 breakfast the eggs were green. Nobody ate them and kitchen staff did not replace with a new pan.
The best part of the stay was the lovely Jamaican woman that checked us in. She was wonderfully hospitable. The room was just okay (rm 313). It was definitely not what I'd expect from a Hilton brand. The towel rack and toilet paper holder were both coming off the walls. But the biggest problem with the room was the noise. We heard furniture moving all night in the room above us, and the TV from the adjacent connecting room was very loud in our room. Also, the shower had the worst pressure I've experienced in a hotel of this level. I probably wouldn't stay here again, and I'd think twice about booking a Homewood Suites by Hilton.
My family and I always look to stay at Homewood Suites properties because of the basketball court and they offer suites, which is a must for us. This Homewood Suites left a lot to be desired in the area of cleanliness. After pulling out the sofabed, I was met by head scarfs from a previous guest. When we left, I left the sofabed out in hopes that someone would see it and properly clean behind and underneath it. Additionally, the fridge had so much dust on it. I am only 5' 8", but could clearly see the top and that it had not been wiped in months. Overall, the entire room appeared like it does not get cleaned and wiped down regularly, but that areas that are dirty only are cleaned. I am not sure I would stay at this particular location again.

the location was very appropriate and helpful from where I needed to be for business. The staff was very courteous and property interior was well maintain and clean.
The gentleman at the front desk (Stacy) was extremely attentve and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is very fortunate to have him on its staff
Ice maker was broken on the first floor. Dryer wasn’t working properly. Hot tub wasn’t working. Not enough staff. Place could use a serious clean up. Pool area was dirty. We have stayed here more than once and we won’t be going back.
The place is nice, but the whole room is disgusting. From the kitchen, the kitchen floors hasnt been mopped in awhile nor swept, bathroom was gross too. Wont be saying here again.
I liked that there were private air conditioners in each room rather than system wide air conditioning as it makes it possible for us to sanitize the room we are in. I also liked that our room was a suite and had a kitchen. The bathroom was nice too. Breakfast was sufficient, took an apple with me too! The place wasn't the Taj Mahal but it was clean, had separate a/c and allowed our pet to stay with us! Great place for the price!
The overall quality has declined since my last visit. Poor communications by the staff, little house keeping, and material condition need improvement.
