Very nice staff

Breakfast was pitiful, room smelled funny. Staff is laid back but very friendly and attentive.

This place was disgusting! As soon as we walk-in we spotted bed bugs, staff refused to give new sheets let alone resign to a new room. Once we got to front desk to demand a refund we were denied then asked to leave before getting cops called. NEVER AGAIN WILL I PICK HILTON, NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I was very pleased with this hotel! This is so far the best Raddison I have stayed with! Nick was extremely helpful when I had to make reservation changes and when we arrived he and Jessica were amazing!!!! My husband is disabled and Nick found a shower seat and extra blanket! Chance was also very helpful with questions I had. Definitely staying here on my next trip to Port Orange!!!!!

Large amount of mildew in bathroom, poor maid service: Bed not made, covers and pillows tossed haphazardly, garbage bin not emptied , no bath mat, ran out of Kleenex tissues, and had to go to front desk for toilet paper.

Bathroom shower was sketchy at best.

All employees were very nice

Ease of location. Quiet area. Older rug and lounge chair in room. Shelves in bathroom vanity and desk area in room were very dusty.

Typical country inn and suites but this one needs renovation. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Rooms were sanitized and TV controller was in plastic baggy For protection. Felt as safe as you can in a motel room.

Room had lot dust on furniture. No toilet paper. People smoking on pool.

The cleaning staff was awesome, each time we walked by they were cleaning but also took the time to ask us how we were doing and had small conversation and I liked that. Facilities were very clean and smelled good. I will be using them again. Thank you all.

I love pets, but my wife is allergic to cats and dogs, and this hotel is totally acceptable to all pets, which i did not know. And the room smelled like an animal was in there. It's great that people can take their pets with them, but my wife & I will just have to eliminate this hotel as a future choice
