I really hate to leave a negative review, but I also want to be honest for future guests. The house itself is newly updated and has a lot of potential, it’s stylish and clean, which we appreciated. However, several things didn’t match the listing photos or description, and that created some real challenges for our group.The photos showed a large wraparound couch with a lounge, but when we arrived, there were two tired-looking couches instead. We were also told there would be a trundle bed, but there wasn’t one. In place once we got there the host told us it was broken and an air mattress was supposed to be in the closet and made up and it wasn't. We were in town for a conference and needed the extra sleeping space, so we had to scramble to find hotel rooms last-minute in a sold-out area, which was stressful and costly.The listing photos made it look like there were five full beds, but that wasn’t the case. On arrival, the washer/dryer was still running, there was an old TV left out back, and the lawn hadn’t been mowed. The lighting in the master bedroom was also very dim, with small Edison bulbs that didn’t provide much brightness.Again, the house itself is nicely renovated and could be a great stay with more accurate listing details and a few updates. Unfortunately, the bed situation really put a damper on our experience.
