Oct 17, 2019

How about first luggage free check in.?

Aug 16, 2019

Lousy pilot. Hard landing. You sure you want him driving your plane. He sure wasn't flying it.

Nov 28, 2018

Uncomfortable seats and extra fees for everything is now par for the course, but not pleasant.

Nov 14, 2018

The free upgrade to first class was fantastic for my 87 year old Mom and me. The upgrade was totally unexpected. Yet, it couldn't have come at a better time for her. The long day became so much more bearable. Who gave us the upgrade, MANY THANKS-!!!!!

Jun 7, 2018

May 17, 2018

Seat was way too cramped!!! Obscenely too small

Mar 28, 2018

I so appreciate getting switched to a better flight - as my flight was delayed and I would have missed my connecting flight. I ended up getting home at the time I was scheduled to arrive. Very very happy about this.
