We came to watch our grandson in the National Wrestling Tournament. We checked in easy with a very friendly staff. No problem at all. Rooms were clean, no carpet, which we liked. Only had a problem working the tv but, our staff came and helped us old people out. Gravy was late but good. The best was the wonderful hot showers♥️

Pictures did not match actual hotel pictures and conditions. Didn't even check into hotel because the location seemed incredibly unsafe. If it was just me i would not have cared.

The staff was super friendly, the room was clean, the stay was great. The issue was breakfast. There’s 1 microwave, the biscuits have a sign that says “warm biscuit in microwave before adding gravy”…. But the staff kept the microwave tied up the entire 30 minutes I was there. Either the biscuits need to be pre-warmed, or add another microwave.

Hotel was clean and while updated you could tell it was older. The breakfast was terrible. The morning staff yelled at customers on the phone in the breakfast room, additionally she was yelling on the phone during check out, very unprofessional.

Love the closeness to Omaha airport for early flight. Night front desk girl was amazing. I'm sorry I forgot her name. She was the best. Thursday night March 20 around 8 pm. Figure out who and thank her. Great breakfast..We will be back. Thanks

Nice Hotel

Clean, comfortable and the staff were friendly! Room was nice and they had guest laundry and a good breakfast. Only slight knock was the bathroom was a little small but it still had a full size shower/tub combo and the sink and vanity was outside the bathroom. I’d definitely stay here again!

We booked and paid before we arrived. There is a blizzard in Omaha and we lost power and heat so we needed a room to stay warm. When we arrived we were told that because we were from Omaha we needed to pay a rediculous cash deposit. Nowhere online is this mentioned or we wouldn't have booked. We asked for a refund because I'm not just handing someone a rediculous amount in cash. I've never heard of this at any hotel, normally they put a hold on your card. So we're out what we paid for the room and they had zero sympathy for the situation. Since when does where you live determine how much of a deposit you have to pay? Also when contacted by Expedia they pretended they didn't know what was going on.
