I booked this hotel because it had 9/10 ratings. But i was disappointed with my stay. Its an average hotel nothing fancy. My non smoking room was wreaked with smoke but i was only staying few hours so i didn't bother to request a different room. Nonetheless the staff was pleasant and they offered complimentary hot breakfast which was good.

Wonderful staff, fantastic accommodations, excellent hot breakfast (eggs, sausage, biscuits& gravy, plus all the usual continental stuff), newly renovated, one of the cheapest in the area. Highly recommend this hotel and any other BridgePointe Inns, as this is the first Inn the franchise. (Already have a 2nd one somewhere.)

The hotel is fine - we stopped for a quick rest during a road trip. We couldn’t get in though when we were checking in, the door was locked and there was no employees to be found. I had texted with an employee earlier in the day to let them know when we were arriving so they were aware. Another person staying here let us in & then we waited in the lobby for another 10 minutes u til the employee showed up. She was rude, didn’t greet us but was efficient in getting us checked I

Check in with Stefanie was great. She was friendly and informative. Hotel was clean and room was comfy with except small bathroom and no soap or shampoo available. Housekeeping needs to step up. Pet area nonexistent. Overall, nice stay. Very reasonable price.

I was skeptical since the price was so low. It exceeded my expectations. The hotel is clean and safe. Check in was seamless due to the very friendly staff. The room had everything we needed and was clean. I’ll definitely stay here again the night before flying out of OMA. Ten minute drive to the airport and so much nicer and cheaper than the hotels right by the airport.

Near Gas station and located near the highway, however, could not hear the noise of heavy traffic at night, which was good. The lobby was heavily perfumed. Cleaning was done early in the afternoons, where the maid pulls the sheets and pillows stacked on the floor. The neighborhood was okay.
