It's a Motel 6. The workers were nice. And reviews says the managers are sorry and will do better. But they won't. Room was dilapidated and so dirty. Extremely. A cigarette on the top of the shower. Come on. Cigarette holes in shower curtain and comforter. Really. With college world series I didn't have a choice. Never stay here if you have a choice.
The bathtub was old, cracked, and soft in some areas.
no microwave, no refrigerator as promised when i reserved the room. also.. ants
Prices were Fair and the room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. My only complaint was that I thought there would be somewhere to store perishables and that a microwave would be provided. I realize these things are not absolutely necessary, but it would have made things even better.
Easy access from interstate and plenty of restaurants nearby.
Small room, a/c did not work well. Very hot in room.
Nice for the price Comfortable bed and I like the newer decor. Front desk was helpful even though they had not received my reservation. Wish the smell of smoke was not so pervasive in the hallways and common areas.

Picked it partly due to indoor pool. When I arrived, the pool had been closed the previous month and was going to be closed "indefinitely". They had plenty of time to update their ad on Orbitz but failed to do so.
Nice people working. Were helpful. Room was not as clean as it could have been when I checked in though.
Pro: Very clean. Rooms are nicely updated. Con: There wasn't any shampoo provided! I was not prepared for that.
For $137 I definitely should have chosen a different place. The air conditioning did not work, the queen size bed was very small, the hallways were filthy with dirt, constant noise outside, room was horribly outdated, etc.
Our toilet would not flush properly my husband went to front desk about it and all they did was give him a plugger. So we had to try and fix it. We’re not MaintenanceEvery time anyone used the toilet it had to be plugged. They supplied use with very little towels and only one small bar of soap. They pool was very run down and cold.
It was remodeled to current standards but workmanship was terrible
Great place, great location, and great staff. Its was easy to book and easy check in.
Terrible house keeping, we move to 3 rooms and all has the same problem, hair around all the bed, pillows and covers; also ants around floor, bed and furnisher. I never recommended.
A bit disappointed but the entire staff was so friendly and professional so made up for it.
There is a severe mold and mildew issue, first employee was cool , then one employee charged me 16$ a night extra after I booked online?? Room triggerd my asthma and allergies. we paid two more nights and we have to check out early or I’ll end UP in the ER.

Hey Brook, we are really sorry that you got stuck in one of our rooms that is yet to be remodeled. We are almost done with a complete remodel of the hotel and hope to see you again when it's complete. Although, it sounds like you might choose somewhere else to stay next CWS and that's fine. P.S. We apologize about the cigarette on the shower. Sometimes even the best housekeepers miss things.

Sorry to hear that the room was advertised differently than it actually was. We will be looking into making sure that all websites are up-to-date with the amenities in, or not in our rooms.

Thanks for the review. Glad that the stay was good overall. Unfortunately, we don't currently have microwave/fridges in all the rooms (only a few). However, we are currently doing a remodel on all the guest rooms and we will be putting them in every room. Please come back and see us again to see the changes.
