We booked a room with a Queen bed and the bed was a Full. The AC unit was loud. The breakfast was very limited.

Did not stay. Have contacted the property multiple times for a refund with no response. My father’s surgery was cancelled so I was no longer traveling to the area. I cancelled within 4 hours of booking and have received no response on a refund.

This place was fairly clean, but lacked comfort. We stayed in a King with fridge and microwave. The fridge hummed so loudly it had to be unplugged to sleep. The heater did not function properly, so the was no controlling the temperature in the room. It was quite cold and the bed was made only with a sheet, thin fleece blanket and very thin coverlet. We stayed for 4 nights and barely slept the entire stay. The bed and pillows were exceptionally uncomfortable. It was rare during the time we were there that someone was even at the front desk. Then when we arrived later than 11 one evening, we had to figure out on our own that we had to use an alternative door to get inside, as the main entrance was locked. The last night we were there, the doors were locked before 11pm, but there was someone at the desk. All in all, it was too much money for the accommodations. We will not stay again.

The hotel was staff and room were great, very very clean place. The only thing that stopped us from staying again on our back during our trip was the breakfast.

Ok, but Easily Should Have Been Better

The room really wasn't cleaned well. We found clothing from a previous guest. We were there for four nights and our room never got cleaned other than trash picked up. The front desk employees sat on the lobby couches watching TV whenever we saw them. Breakfast was bleak and few choices.

Decent stay, good for the value. Common areas smell too strong of deodorizer. Towels and sheets smelled stale. Staff was friendly. Our heater broke, thankfully we caught it before going to bed, we were promptly moved to another room. Again, for the price we paid, it was a decent stay.

Great option for a no-frills hotel. Room was very clean, shower was hot, provided breakfast was fine as well. Staff was very nice. While it's not in a fancy area, it was quiet and safe. Would definitely stay there again.

Tv wouldn’t work told staff didn’t fix it. Shower clogged. Had to stand in water to shower. Staff was very judgey for a place that houses vacationers. 2 were great!

Even though it was a stop over to my final destination, I felt more refreshed after having stayed there. The cleanliness of this place was spot on. They definitely pride themselves on making their facility maintained and it shows. I slept well that night. Thank you! I will definitely remember you when I’m returning home.
