All of the desk personnel were helpful & pleasant. Parking was easy. Breakfast was good. Refrigerator & microwave in room were very useful. I enjoyed the large TV. Location was convenient. There were amenities listed on the website, like pool & whirlpool that the facility didn’t have.
Room is ok condition and clean but the wall is SUPER thin like paper, you can hear every steps and conversation from the hallway. There are noise even after midnight, random people walking around, entering and leaving rooms next door, not sure if they are doing some suspicious business. Felt unsafe, had one of the worst sleeps there! The weekend price is ridiculously high, 170 for this. This area is not good and overpriced, avoid it if you can.

It really wasn't that bad of a hotel. Beds were quite comfortable linens were quality too. I was more upset about the price change. Reserved at one price paid another. I usually book and pay at same time. Not sure if this is an Orbitz issue or hotel issue.

Nice enough for a one night sleep. Non smoking hotel but smelled like stale smoke in lobby and stairs. Room was acceptable.
No elevator
Ok place to stay. Don’t go if you can’t climb stairs. There is no elevator. Won’t go there again.

Thank you for your review. I assure you there are no random people walking around and only guests. Please keep in mind we are located close to casinos and an entertainment district so guests are arriving to their hotel room at various times. We are competitively priced with other hotels in town as well
