Construction workers in the dining area working. Filthy room, much dust No restaurants after 9 am Sleepy people loitering in the parking lot

Didn't have our reservation on check-in but that was possibly an Orbitz issue. Desk clerk was helpful. Finally got our room but when I opened the door, discovered someone was already booked into that room-scary and embarrassing. Got assigned another room, TV didn't work. I spent 15 minutes figuring it out. No kleenex in bathroom. Hotel was dark and needs updated. The outside was dumpy. Just not a great stay.

Great breakfast with reasonable time for eating. Front desk staff were awesome. Very friendly and accommodating. Nice size pool.

The hotel is very dated, but the room was clean and quiet. Nothing exciting or wow.

The hotel rooms were dirty. The entire hotel smell like cigar smoke.

The room wasn't properly cleaned and the plugs for the microwave and fridge didn't work. When I spoke to the front desk they immediately put me in a different room. I have stayed here several times and I will continue to use this hotel because it is reasonable for the price and a good location.

I have stayed in 5 different hotels in this area and this is the only one I want to return to. The trick is the exit off the highway. It has been redone, you want 1B, not 50 as Google says.

Easy to reach, though the highway exit has been re-done so check the map if your GPS is a bit older

GPS advised wrong exit and took me on a round about way. The intersecting roads were a puzzle. Once found ,the accommodations were convenient and acceptable, pleasant.

Good location ...close to casinos & new mall....safe loation and no one could enter side doors without a room key. We could only book a smoking room at the time so next time we will try harder to book a nonsmoking as the odor was unpleasant. Friendly staff! Good breakfast!

Loved the hotel. Perfect location as it had easy access to I-29 but could also get to the casinos using back roads. Had a king suite with in-room hot tub. Very spacious. Very clean. Always had plenty of hot water no matter how many times the tub got filled. Only complaint - internet service was non-existent. They were working on it while we were there. However, even after it was "fixed" you would be connected only to be dropped repeatedly. Was there 4 days and didn't have internet for more than 5 minutes at a time. In fact, would have to go into the hallway to connect, then back into room to stand just inside the door in order to check emails. PAIN! That said, we would still stay here again. Breakfast was fine. Nothing special, but hot and plentiful. Didn't use the pool but recommend the hot tub in the suite. Front desk staff was wonderful. Was able to check me in even though room was in husband's name and he hadn't arrived yet.

Good location. Great pool area. The room however had a musty smell to it., and the shower would not hold a constant temperature, burned myself. My husband does not like to make a fuss so we stayed in that room and ran the air conditioner the whole time to help.

This is a good overnight stop for a cross country trip. Room was comfortable and it had a nice complementary breakfast.

Very accessible to I 80, nicer breakfast than we expected. Pool was too cold even for kids and the jacuzzi is under repair -- the lack of those amenities was very disappointing.

This is obviously a former Holiday Inn (likely built in the 70s) that is getting an extensive make over. The rooms and public areas are bright and attractive. The complimentary breakfast is in a large, attractive room with a good choice of hot (scrambled eggs, waffles) and cold (dry cereal, yogurt and pastries) and drinks (coffee, tea, 3 juices). 'Jeff' the day man at the front desk was exceptionally pleasant, capable and prompt. The nighttime van driver 'knocked herself out' getting us both to and from a crowded (Alison Krauss and Willie Nelson together) concert venue. The hotel is located in an industrial area, within 1 block of I-80 and 1-29. It is convenient to a riverfront bike trail, downtown Omaha (and its many fine attractions), and .... if you 'dig' casinos ... 3 casinos.

Clean room, breakfast was a little cold. Decent place for price.

We stayed and the Napa Embassy Suites for our first annual sister getaway and we definitely will look for another Embassy Suites for our next trip! Staff very friendly and helpful (gave us a lot of great suggestion for places to visit and helped get us discounts for wine tasting and tours), rooms comfy and clean, and the made to order breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the manager's reception of snacks and cocktails each day in the beautiful courtyard that had swans and ducks swimming in the pond and lovely trees and flowers all around. Could not have asked for a nicer place to stay for the price!

We didn't expect much for how little we paid but were pleasantly surprised. The first impression wasn't great as the hallways were kept far too warm and there was no elevator that we could find. However, the rooms were clean and updated. The pool was well kept but the hot tub was down which was disappointing. They had a great breakfast and comfortable dining area. It was a quick drive to the Old Market and the zoo. Overall it was a great value with easy access to the places our family was headed.

We expect a standard of quality from Best Western hotels, and once we were settled in our room, our experience was fine overall. However, there seemed to be some disorganization within the operation that caused us some inconvenience upon our arrival. We came in late, only to find that our assigned room was being renovated; there were dropcloths, tools, and a ladder present. The second room we were assigned was a mess; it had not been made up after the previous occupants. Finally, the third time was the charm, but apparently the tracking of rooms was not exactly up to par. Otherwise: the beds were comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was fine. The public areas are nicely decorated. There is a good-sized indoor pool, but the "exercise room" is forlorn, with only partly functional equipment. The staff was courteous and friendly. The location in south Council Bluffs was convenient for us. Overall, we were happy enough by trip's end, but we got the feeling that the managers need to keep track of some operational details better.

Just needed a place away from home to stay for the night. Had everything we needed...good prices, clean room, nice staff, and breakfast! Only downside was that we were not able to use the hot tub due to it being under construction...and we had no interest in the pool area because it was really hot.
