Run down hotel. Bed was terrible and slanted towards head of bed. Every time we rolled over the frame made terrible noise and we were not sure if it was going to break. Continental breakfast was little to be desired. Coffee was great though.
Staff was super friendly and nice, room was clean and secure.
Upon arrival I didn’t know electricity was out! Going running off of generator & my family looking forward to the Pool
Floors were hardwood and dirty. Lampshades were broken and the TV was very small for a king size room. Also the TV was very high up and difficult to see from sitting on the bed. Breakfast was not good at all, the coffee was almost mostly water and the eggs nearly made me sick. I'm surprised this has the name Best Wester on it.

Many rooms on the same floor were not cleaned and doors were left open. Not sure that’s a good way to greet other guests. Found many hairs on our bed sheets and pillowcases. Very gross.
Best Western must have franchised this hotel chain. Ali is the worst manager on the planet, possibly the entire solar system. Absolutely nothing worked in my room; the shower was broken and the housekeepers never came in, even when requested. I never had towels or toilet paper. And when I called to ask Ali to send in a housekeeper, if you would, please, he literally said, "I don't care if you leave.... you do whatever you want. I can't stop you." I threatened to dispute this with the credit card company. Suddenly, a housekeeper miraculously appeared, in spite of the fact that he had insisted there were no housekeepers on site. You have been warned and you will be sorry if you stay here.
Great Hotel Friendly people the airport shuttle driver was very nice offered coffee check in was smooth and easy room was very clean bed was comfortable I will definitely be back
I stay there quite a bit because I travel a lot for my job. My room is always clean staff is very friendly and they go out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast is amazing especially when Mike is working.
Woke up to a bug crawling on me. When we brought it up to the front desk person they said they couldn't refund our stay.
The man who works overnights was very helpful in checking me in at 2 am and getting me the room I wanted. I was so tired from traveling so this was much appreciated! Thanks!
