The hotel its self wasnt to bad but my A/C wasnt working and they didnt have any fans to make it any better in my room. Im on oxygen full time so its not very easy to get around. They dont have a elevator and i have a hard timer with stairs so I couldnt change rooms sobI was miserable all night. The bathroom wasnt cleaned very well at all. Looks like they just put clean towels in there and called it a day

The property had a weird odor in the bathroom of the room we were assigned and the bath tub had pain and other stuff peeling off it so we could've shower and the beds were uncomfortable and not much blanket and the pillows were flat.

Worst hotel room I have ever seen!

My friends and I arrived discovered several colored stains on the sheets and crusty matter on the blankets when it was time to go to sleep. Upon further inspection we found toenail clippings, used Q-tips, dead bugs smashed on the walls, and what appeared to be mold on the ceiling and all over the window curtains. We also found an entire plastic wheel cover/hubcap sitting in the corner of the room, which would have been impossible to miss if the room had any attention or cleaning service done. The room had a heavy smell of cigarette smoke despite being a posted no-smoking facility. We are also fairly confident we witnessed drug deals in the parking lot. Upon explaining our issues with the room to the front desk attendant, we were told nothing could be done since we did not report the issues within an hour of checking in. Without being able to get another room or even get clean sheets, we decided to check out and ended up sleeping 4-deep in a Camry because we all felt it would be safer, cleaner, and more comfortable. I’ve attempted to call the customer support line but the automated answering service will not accept my reservation number or put me through to an actual human. The manager of the specific Super8 we stayed at was supposed to contact me, but he has not, nor has he answered my phone calls. This is without a doubt the worst experience I have had at any place of business and there is no possible way our room at this hotel passed any sort of regulations or inspection.

This was not a place I would stay with kids at all. Also not a place that you would just want to hang out in the room all day. So for a cheep room and basic breakfast and accommodations this hotel would work. I will say that the staff was the best part about the hotel. The staff was kind and helpful.

Filthy, dirty, disgusting.

Upon arrival, we found the front desk personnel to be very pleasant. Upon going to the room/suite it was found that there was no mattress cover on the king bed in the room. This revealed blood stains, and at the very least urine stains. There was also food between the mattress and the fitted sheet. The bathroom was filthy with mold in the corners of the room. The carpet looked as if it had not been cleaned for some time. We contacted the front desk and eventually was advised that the manager was on his way to the hotel. In the meantime, one of the housekeepers was trying to assist us in Getting a mattress, cover and fresh sheets for the bed. We were told at that point that housekeeping did not have access to those things only the manager could retrieve them. The manager arrived and was very rude and argumentative. He explained they could refund 15% of the room, but considering the issues where you were not very happy with that. hotels.com did refund a portion and assisted us in getting a room at another hotel as we ended up not staying in our full amount of time. My wife and her ended up cleaning the room. A maintenance man was very helpful in remaking the beds, and also replaced the air conditioner, which was also not working. Will never stay here again and will advise anyone. I know to never say there.

It was was disgusting! Everything broke, ceiling vent hanging from ceiling, bathroom sink faucet not connected, crack in bathtub, Lobby was awful with filthy floors and smell of marijuana. Could not get out of parking lots because of drug bust and cops arresting a person with stolen vehicle. NEVER AGAIN
