Showers are great plenty of water pressure which is pretty rare in hotels!

The hotel was pretty clean but was in a weird area near a casino. Didn't seem like a family friendly area. The parking was weird and hard to find a spot and had to park in the back seemed kinda creepy. The rooms were somewhat updated they definitely looked better online. The hallway floors were bouncy and had huge dips in them like there was holes in the floor covered with carpet.

the third floor hallway smelled like sewer gas was leaking somewhere.

Dated but clean. Staff was very good. AC unit was not and constantly cycling.... But kept the room cool.

I understand covid 19 is going on. It just kind of sucked not to able to get a hot breakfast. The hotel still offered a grab and go breakfast.

I feel it was not clean enough. I found a kids sock under the bed from the previous renters.

it was in the middle of renovation. It will be real nice when completed

Very convenient and great breakfast. They upgraded our room because what we’d reserved wasn’t available.

The property is in a good location (I went to the Omaha Zoo, which was close, and a few restaurants, gas nearby too). The room itself is clean and laid out well. The parking is great, you can park all around the property to make it to your room faster. Only warning is if you want to sleep in, forget it. The place is under construction and it starts early. The doors slam too so once people start moving, you should be too. I was up early both days, but eating quietly in bed, trying to read or watch the local news I noticed a lot more noise than usual (and was grateful I wasn't trying to sleep).

Probably the cleanest hot tub and pool area very prompt service restocking the free breakfast all staff members were friendly

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They let us use the breakfast area to celebrate our sons birthday and took delivery of our food and refrigerated it for us.

Property was neat and clean. Breakfast was substantial.

The price was good for the value. The breakfast was hot/cold option included with the room price.

The rooms were very clean and nice! The lobby was clean. There was always coffee on. The breakfast in the morning was delicious.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast and pool were great.
