The Microtel was a stop on our way home. It was clean the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful and courteous. As we were driving on the next day we got a call and it was the front desk. We had left a water bottle and they offered to send it to our home. The water bottle arrived today! Thanx. It’s good to know that good customer service still exists!!

Cozy and comfortable

Bed and room was comfortable and cozy. I was a bit confused why we could not get internet access and was too tired to call the front desk. The breakfast was simple continental. The lemon water in the lobby for anytime you need was a nice touch.

The pool was put, the remote didnt work in our room, the water that was in the louby looked great but there were not any cups, breakfast was cold. Just not up to par and disappointing!
