Weekend fun

Weekend stay had the 3 queen bed suite. Room was exactly what was expected clean and comfortable. Wish bathroom was bigger but worked for us. Breakfast was great both mornings sausage and eggs, biscuits and gravy and of course waffles. Plenty of cereal, fruit and yogurt.

Front desk staff was very kind in courteous. Breakfast area was clean and had decent options. While we did book this option which was cheaper in price if we had known the condition we probably would have gone from more expensive option. I read multiple reviews on the location, reviewed photos, and Google searched, none of which seem to be very accurate of the sites condition. It made it seem like it was recently remodeled but they just put in new floors and some paint. Half of the soyes ceiling was peeling off, the whole establishment regardless of what area you were in had an odor. There were several people that looked like they were working on something at the facility but also had their entire large families with them, screaming up and down the halls, and being disruptive to the actual people that were staying there. The The room also had a stench of cigarette smoke.

The free breakfast was great. Very clean dining area. My room smelled of animals. The floor was slippery from cleaning product and the bathroom floor was spongy like the under layment was soaked. Dogs barked in the middle of the night and early morning hours. Hard to sleep. Expedia sucked when booking this room bc it showed one price / night but turned out to be higher prices the following nights.

It was very close to Walmart and Aldis, as well as fast food options. We liked the convenience and of that and that it was easy to get to from the interstate. Only thing we noticed was that the bathrooms didn’t have trash cans. Not a big thing since there’s a full size kitchen can in the room, but might consider a small one :)
