My daughter has to sleep on the floor. Booked a room to sleep 5 guests, (3 adults, 2 children ages 13 and 16). Orbitz said hotel room sleeps 5. No options for rollaway bed, no couch sofa, no bigger rooms available. We are stuck sleeping on floor with one tiny extra blanket. Orbitz chat guy said nothing he could do and ended chat before I could say anything else. Hotel sucks for not giving any extra supplies and orbitz sucks for not standing behind their word.

When we first got there it seemed ok, but we were wrong. The room seemed mostly clean and we liked having a kitchenette but the room smelled pretty terrible and there was a hole in the screen of the window so we couldn’t air it out much. We were right next to the housekeeping door which was constantly being opened and slammed while we were trying to sleep at night/early morning. Our key card stopped working EVERY SINGLE DAY we stayed there (3 nights, 4 days) and we had to have it reprogrammed every morning. The staff was not particularly rude but also not pleasant except for one young man who I believe was still training. I would never stay here again. On a plus side, the staff at the Casey’s gas station down the road were very nice and pleasant every day!!

This was truly an uncomfortable night. Absolutely horrible pillows, spongy bed, bright light right in my face from the ceiling and a neon flashing light from the stupid microwave. The ice maker doesn't work either downstairs or in the freezer in the room. I went here to save a couple dollars from Holiday Inn, that was a bad idea.
