Very nice hotel the Room is very clean and good bed and sofá bed

It was what the reviews said it would be, I would stay there again

I stayed at this hotel as a layover on my way to see my family. Unfortunately this hotel was a little underwhelming. Maybe not the worst, but certainly not great. Paper thin walls and floors allowed me to hear running around the hallways above me and a baby next door that cried for nearly two hours. Even worse however is that while I booked through this website, the hotel also charged me on my "incidentals" card on file. The icing on the cake is that I called and getting a refund was easy enough, except that now they shorted me $5.00 on the refund. That's still in progress. Don't blow out the candles yet, I forgot to mention the small bugs that live in the cracked grout in the shower. They hid once the water was turned on but I had to keep an eye on them just in case they tried to attack. I was expecting more from this hotel. My mistake. Don't let it be yours too.

I have stayed at hundreds of hotels in 32 states. Price wise they were from $50 a night to $600 a night. The Spring Hill Suites is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. On a scale of 1-10 I give them an 11. Can't wait to stay here again!!

Nice Hotel Family had a great time! Great Breakfast!

Was convient to the Henry Doorly Zoo. The pool was a little small, but there were alot of people there! :)

The hotel service was excellenr from the front desk to the housekeeping. It was convient for us when we went to the Horseshoe. We also enjoyed swimming in the pool & soaking in the hot tub. The workout room was the bomb. It was one the best hotel experience I've every had. It was very enjoyable & would do it all over again.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel in the last year. We visited the Omaha Zoo and Strategic Air & Space museum. From the hotel it is very easy and close to get to the zoo.The rooms are spacious and the roll out couch is a nice bonus when you have kids and need more sleeping space. Another added bonus is the complimentary breakfast. My family can eat a great breakfast(eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, yogert and cereal) and even better it saves us time and money.

The room was amazing, clean, convienent, the employees were all helpful including the 3rd floor maids who had a right to be miffed with us. WE were in the area to attend a wedding and the closeness was wonderful, and being close the hte Horsehose was a nice plus. Also enjoyed the paper in the morning. My 90 year old mother had no problems and was impressed with how clean everything was, and loved your breakfast choices.

We went to the casinos and the casinos had shuttle service to pick us up at the hotel and bring us back which was great. We wanted a hotel to stay where we could get away and relax away from our kids and jobs and everything and this was nice. We came back from the casinos early thinking that we could use the hot tub and pool but it was closed. This was disappointing. As far as this to other trips this was nice to just get away.

We enjoyed staying at the Springhill Suites hotel. It was easy to get to the Omaha Zoo from the hotel. The rooms were spacious, we expecially like the optional sofa bed for the kids. Our two year old had plenty of room to run and play while in the room! The free breakfast was great(helps save on the budget!), good variety of food to choose from. The only con we had was that the pool is small.

This was a great hotel to stay at, with a fantastic Complementary Continental "hot" Breakfast. The roooms were very nice and well kept. Nice pool and activity center.

Our stay was very pleasant. Every trip past the front desk was welcomed by a friendly smile from the pretty staff. They really wanted you to have a great stay.Highly recomend a stay and we will be back!

Very enjoyable stay. Nice size, clean rooms with a freindly staff.
