This place was old, run down, dingy and very, very noisy. Sandwiched between railroad tracks and the interstate, with walls so thin you could hear cars coming and going closing in the parking lot in addition to anyone walking down the hallway. There's no way it should have the star rating it has ... I trusted Orbitz and feel like I was completely misled. I would have never stayed there had the stars and reviews been accurate.
Air conditioning blew air but did not cool. Bathtub scummy & dirty. Huge 18” stain on the carpeting

There was garbage in the hallway and it smelled like there was a kitty litter box that needed to be changed.
The hotel perhaps was just fine. But the air conditioners didn't work, the carpet was stained and fraying, there were wires just hanging off the wall. The staff was perfunctory, but not exactly helpful. Not a nice stay, but not awful, it is just fine.
Nice hotel but if you want to go to downtown omaha it’s not that convenient
Best Western is obviously doing a good job bringing an exhisting property ip to their standards.

My business rented three rooms, none of which had functional heaters in the middle of the winter. Truly crappy motel.
There was hair all over the sheets and pillows. Beds are small and uncomfortable!
