Beds had sink hole to the middle which was quite remarkable considering the bed was hard as a rock
Very close to Epply Field/Omaha airport and the shuttle was super convenient for that early morning flight. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Hotel did need updating and parking lot was in dire need of repair.
Too many rude guests. I informed management, when I could find someone, that at 2:40 in the am an angry guest was slamming their door more than 7 times. Nothing was done. It’s hard to believe that people can be so inconsiderate of others. 😡
The shuttle to airport was great
Wish I could rate the property. Got there after flying for 12 plus hours and they state, “oh no, there was an overbooking.” Gets on the phone to call another hotel (much lower quality!) and states that they will have to send us there because pilots came in late and they gave our room away per the manager. ANGRY! I stay here at least 6-10 nights a year and won’t be any longer. Lost a loyal customer for sure.
Room condition was sub-par. Closet door was detached and standing in front of closet,.Garbage was discovered behind chair and nightstand
Pool was closed, room was dirty, bedsheets were torn, A/C hanging off of the wall. I could go on and on. The staff were wonderful and friendly, but the place needs a huge makeover in order to be worth the money they charge.
I just recommended it to someone else, a business partner. This is an outstanding place to start.
My bathroom had a clogged sink, a burned out light bulb, and only one towel for 3 people. The refrigerator and alarm clock were not turned on. The coffee maker was missing. The air con fan made such a loud noise when turned on. The front desk person did apologize when i let her know all the problems with the room when i checked out at 3 in the morning.
I was not happy with the condition of the beds. They were solid as a rock. The spa tub (only reason I booked here) was not operational. The swimming pool is drastically undesized compared to the photos online. The hallways smelled like a barn with sawdust. The room itself smelled wet. Overall I was not satisfied with the room.

The night clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and comfortable.

I was appreciative that they had moved to hot breakfast and had attentive oversight of the station area.
