pool was closed. minor repairs needed in the room. It just wasn't up to Country Inn standards. It's due was a remodel.

Everything was good as usual.

The breakfast was very limited and poor quality. Not something we expected.

This property is in poor shape. Stained carpet all around, stains in the sink, worn linens. Not at all what we expected.

Rented 4 rooms. 2 were delayed due to flight delays. Shuttle not available for any of the 4 arrivals. Nobody at front desk for check in for 15-20 mins. Earliest arrivals told desk clerk one delayed until midnight. He arrived to at least 10 people in lobby waiting for a room. None had been cleaned so unavailable for check in. Had to find available hotel at midnight with no help from the hotel. Do NOT stay here

Unfortunately our room was not in very good condition. There were stains on the walls, the box springs on the beds were exposed like the bed skirts were missing, and the veneer on the dresser was pealing off. In addition the dresser drawers would not stay closed and kept opening, all the way, by themselves.

It was very close to the concert venue and made it easy to get to and from there.

Disappointing. There are better hotels next door to this one.

Noisy room. Could hear road traffic all night as well as elevator traffic

Repeated phone calls sent to an automated/repeated message when trying to arrange a shuttle from airport. Front desk person was taking a “break” when we finally arrived, so had to wait again to be checked in. She also lacked professionalism, was not dressed appropriately, and lacked basic knowledge for her job. Photos of the property look great online, but the room was rough - unclean, chipping paint, light bulbs burned out. The room right next to us had a big “No trespassing” sign on it and the door handle was broken off. It was kind of scary being in a hotel in an unknown area of a city.

The door would not open on my room. After several tries I went down to the desk and was given a different set of key cards. The door still wouldn’t open. A maintenance man passer by. He said he battery in the lock was dead. So I went back down to the desk. The clerk said he would give me a different room. He looked and looked and finally I asked, Can’t you find one? He eventually gave me a different room after about half an hour. Otherwise hotel was OK.

Very close to the airport and includes breakfast

This property is clean and well maintained on the outside, but on the inside….not so much. The front desk is messy and disorganized. They appear to be understaffed and it was rare to ever find someone at the front desk. The room was dirty and dilapidated. There were fingerprints all over the doors, the area around the sink drain was all cracked and stained, fan in the bathroom made a horrible noise when turned on so it was unusable, very dingy worn out towels, dirty sheets (brown streaks of some sort on one of the beds 😬) loud heater (I slept in my sweatshirt to stay warm rather than deal with the noise), molding is peeling away from the walls. It was just a mess. The breakfast was decent, that was about the only positive.
