The parking lot had a large hole in the area cars had to drive. It could have ruined a tire or part of the car if the driver wasn't alert. The staff were friendly, there was quite a bit of parking available, fairly close to the convention center. Breakfast was ok, the room was clean.

The water pressure in the bathroom was terrible The sink handle was very insturdy to get the proper water temperature. Also the sink drain was very, very slow. The TV was terrible to operate and constantly re-buffing when trying to watch a program.

They have been ‘remodeling’ for at least 2 years - progress is super slow. It took us 3 rooms before we had one that was functional. Woman at front desk was very helpful, which we appreciated, but I feel this facility does not live up to the brand standard.

Great place to stay! But very cold pool.

Motel itself was very clean and nice, halls smelled fine and were air conditioned. All 3 of the employees we interacted with were so friendly and helpful!! Best people we have run into at a hotel in a while. Breakfast was typical fare. The brown and serve sausages actually appeared browned and not just microwaved like most hotels I have been. All of this said if you really want to use a pool I would reconsider. Pool was clean and nice but ice cold!!! We could not get in past our waists and even that took time. Our child didn’t go in past a couple of stairs and neither did another family that came down.

Rooms are in very poor condition and the scheduled airport shuttle never showed up, and the group nearly missed our flights! No front desk attendant for an hour in the morning and not one person in the office would answer the door to address the shuttle situation. We ended up having to use Uber, even though they advertise an airport shuttle and took our reservations for the ride at check-in. The worst airport hotel experience ever.
