Shower had mold in the corners. I checked in slept for 5 hours and left.
Room was nice and clean, staff was nice, had an incident with the closet/bathroom door (got stuck). Unfortunately was unable to sleep as someone kept yelling and talking on the their phone in the hallway the majority of the night
My room was very clean and very comfortable. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The location next to the airport was ideal. Would definitely stay here again.
Could not shower. Only a trickle coming out of the shower, water pressure was none. Called front desk and were told we needed to wait and keep checking as everyone was showering. Horrible. Didn't have all morning to wait. Breakfast buffet, guests were waiting for more food to be brought out, took forever. Many guests were unhappy. Didn't have much food at all to feel a full hotel. Will never stay there again.
I chose this because it is close to Eppley Airfield and I had an early morning departure. I travel to Omaha frequently and it was very clean and comfortable and my experience was better than another place near it. I will be staying here again.
