The hotel was very close to the airport, which was great because our plane arrived after midnight. There were clear instructions on the door about who to call to check in. Our keys were ready at the front desk and we were invited to grab a complimentary snack and beverage from the shop. Our room was ok. The beds were good. The floors (bathroom and bedroom) needed a good sweeping. The carpet needs to be updated (several stains), and the walls had some damage. We did not have the breakfast.

Only thing I didn’t like was there wasn’t a microwave in the room as well as the cord to bring my blinds up was broken so I was stuck with not being able to get any natural light in room but I tell you the Lady at the front Shane is best front desk receptionist I’ve ever had , going out her way to pick my girlfriend up at night even though the shuttle was technically down for the night . I can go on and on about her I tell you but she is the best and she needs a raise , let’s keep it at that :)

The employees were not as professional as they should have been. The property staff had a much too casual and informal approach and the front desk always had a sign that they had stepped away. The laundry room was out of order. The keypad entry from the rear door was non operational for part of the time. The bathtub was very slippery and I almost fell. I had to use a towel to line the bottom.
