"I was relocated to an alternative room featuring two queen-sized beds due to a drainage issue in the initial room, where water, soap suds, and hair were backing up in the shower. In the second room, I am unable to operate the television beyond turning it on and off. Despite a 15-minute attempt by staff to resolve the issue, they were unsuccessful, and I subsequently requested them to discontinue their efforts and exit the room. My birthday on January 24th was unfortunately negatively impacted by these circumstances."
