Only stayed one night due to business. Only problem was checking in. Had to wait for my room when they knew when I was coming in. Other than that, this is a nice place. Bed was comfortable and room was nice and big. I had 121 which was an end suite. The a/c didn't cool it down to my desired temperature of 65 but it did get down to 67. Overall it is a nice place close to the interstate.

A comfortable location with friendly staff, outdoor grill and fire pit. Breakfast set-up was exceptional, and improved significantly on brand guidelines for the buffet, without going completely out of the template. Had two kinds of waffle mix (flavor of the day - blueberry - and regular, 4 kinds of syrup to choose from, separate "fixin's" area, cold cuts and cheese slices, fresh spinach, and the best "house" coffee at a Marriott free breakfast. Convenient to University of Missouri. Great local choice with kitchen and room to spare.

Let's face it, there's usually nothing glamorous about checking into yet another hotel for a work trip. But from the minute you put your bags down st this property you are part of their family. From the GM down, the staff is not only empowered but encouraged to exceed guests expectations. There is not a single member of the staff that has not been incredible. The leadership at this property sets the tone, the staff plays the song. It's always immaculate. The hallways and common areas are always showroom ready. The service is always fantastic. If you're traveling through this area, stay here. Always. If you're going into or are already in the hospitality industry; come here to learn.

This is the second time I have stayed at a Residence Inn - I was there for a week for a class at Mizzou. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, and the amenities are great! They had food in the evenings, and though I did not personally partake in any of it, it smelled and looked delicious. There was a computer and printer available to me which was helpful as I had to print information for school. I will make this a yearly place to stay during my four years at Mizzou!

Great option for multi-night stays. We were in town to pack up daughter from school. We had room to set up logistics, were close to our storage location ( OK), an only minutes from Schurz Hall. Unit was clean, with even a little gas fireplace. Very pleasant fire pit area outside for group socializing. If you are trying to spend quality time with your college kid, this was a great choice.

We start only here when we're at Finger Lakes State park riding the ARC trails. Very comfortable beds and relaxing. Has a full kitchen so you can bring your own food and don't have to eat out. The staff is always nice and free breakfast is great!!

This hotel was very clean, everyone was friendly and the room was very large. Location was convenient. In room coffee was actually good for hotel coffee. Decent pool and small work order room. Nice selection at evening receptions. Only downfall was not enough linens or pillow for the pull out sofa and the breakfast was not the best. Eggs tasted like rubber and meats were usually cold.

Ok great spot and amenities but I ranked this spot so low because their mattresses were awful. I didn't sleep well and the mattress and pillows were terrible. Great breakfast and friendly service. Pillows hard and bed soft and small. Clean!

I have stayed at the Residence Inn Columbia several times while in town for work, and I always have a great experience. The rooms are really spacious, and the beds are so comfortable. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is good too. The fitness center is small, but I love that they have a running route if you want to run outside. I'm planning on returning to the Residence Inn when I'm back in Columbia for work.

Our room had 2 bedrooms, living room with sleeper sofa, 2 full bathrooms, and a full kitchen. Everything was really clean and nice. The continental breakfast was also one of the better that I've had. The've got a patio area where kids can play basketball and even a bbq grill for community use. Definitely enjoyed our stay and will be back in the future
