Great place nice pool and workout room
Excellent bar and restaurant. Pool was ICE COLD and tiles around pool were extremely slippery.
We ended up here completely unexpectedly. We had booked a room somewhere else but the reservation got messed up and we found ourselves without a place to stay. There was a big event at the Now Arena so rooms were scares. We had a choice between this room and another room that was considerably more expensive but in a hotel we were familiar with. In the end we decided to save the money and we were so happy we did. The Holiday in was so much nicer. It was clean and comfortable and friendly. We definitely scored.

No housekeeping the whole time we stayed. Called down to desk to ask for towels since we had not received housekeeping or fresh towels and a guy answered the phone and told us we had to come down and get them ourselves. Mind you, we were on the 4th floor.I came down to Chicago/Schaumburg to bury my grandmother and did not expect this type of service on top of mourning.
The property was clean and looked nice The checking in and out process was easy. Staff was friendly. The wifi and access to computers and printing was a plus. However they did not provide complementary breakfast.
Was told I had to pay extra for breakfast in the morning.... 10 dollars per person
The property was very easy to find--right off the interstate. The parking lot was well lit. They provided 2 bottles of water in room, which was nice
Nothing was unique. The location was good. It was the only reason we booked this hotel. The the nightly noise kept me up. The walls and ceilings are like paper.
Limited food options. Nice hotel, clean, pleasant people. Its basic nice.
EVERYTHING WAS FINE. THE ROOM WAS CLEANED. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
The air conditioning wasn’t working, there was also some kind of convention going on on the 5th floor, and our room was on 4th. Furniture was moved around all the time, right above our heads during all 3 nights we stayed. So, due to air conditioning and VERY loud noise all night not much sleep. Complained and was given a ticket for a breakfast. We don’t really eat breakfast, so it was basically nothing. The staff was always nice and polite, but unhelpful, and the room was clean. But I will not book here again.
Clean friendly staff go above and beyond dont have any complaints really maybe kick kids out of the pool area at 10pm adult swim

It is unfortunate when situations like this occur, as we consistently maintain a water temperature that is conducive to a healthy chemical balance/chemistry.
