Not enough towels no washcloths. Floors were sticky in kitchen and bathroom floor. Leak in bathroom holes in walls. Quiet location close to Medieval Times and Legoland.

The beds are comfortable, the the mattress covers had urine and blood stains. Had 5 rooms. Took 9 rooms to satisfy us to a level that we could sleep. They said there were no extra covers to switch with. Finally I convinced them to find another mattress that wasn't in use then and switch. Drawers gross, under bed carpet gross, all tub grout was cracked and gross. There was a face-lift on the hotel, but that was it. A lot of work needs to be done! Friday afternoon at 3pm and no manager on duty. Asked for housekeeping and they were leaving for the day. Engineer and front desk had to take the brunt of the work. They tried, but kept passing the buck. Just not professional.

Decent location. Comfortable beds. Very sparse and disappointing breakfast. Very low water pressure in shower.

Convenient kitchen in case you want to cook. Room cleaning occurs every 7 days. You need to ask and get them yourself from front desk whatever you need - towels, toiletries, etc. You need to arrange the bed yourself. Grab-and-Go Breakfast runs out very quickly. Had to wait for a refil.

We waited about 35 minutes to get someone at the front desk.. Once we finally got to our first room we found hair and yellow stains all in the bed and on the covers. There were WHITE STAINS all over the chair. So with the second room again hair in the bed and under the pillows, then when I went to take a shower what looked to be bloody hand prints on the shower curtain and on some of the towels..I wasn't expecting a 5 star hotel but I mean it could have been a little more clean!!

I would call this hotel barely acceptable. Very minimal breakfast. Not enough blankets on the bed. They gave me one fewer washcloth than shower towel so that I had to go ask for one at the front desk for my last day. Worst of all, there was some kind of dirt (maybe mouse droppings?) on the carpet. I didn't even want to walk on the carpet without shoes, it looked so old and grimy. So my message to you is: stay here if you need to save money, but don't expect anything too nice because you will be disappointed.

Hotel was nice clean and comfortable not to mention very great rate

Customer service was great. But there was hair in the bathroom floor that was definitely not mine. Microwave had crumbs in it from previous user. Very uncomfortable pillows that poked into my face. I had to fold my comforter and place it on top of pillow for it to be comfortable

My stay was pleasent, the staff was courteous and helpful. The troop was clean and ready, great night sleep shopping and dining was a 5 minute drive.

My husband and I booked this hotel for one night in order to spend some time at the mall. The hotel wasn't very far from the mall and plenty of restaurants. Great location! We had a little bit of trouble checking in due to the computer, but that wasn't anyone's fault. The woman was a little unsure and tried to charge us even though we payed ahead of time. Other than that, very friendly. The room was ordinary and provided a small kitchenette. Our only issue was the satellite tv. There was no rain in site and satellite kept going out. We called the front desk multiple times with no answer. When someone finally answered, they were no help. They gave us the brush off and said they would try and fix it but never did. We were unable to relax and watch tv the entire time. We were not very pleased with the service.

The hotel is very outdated with old fashion cabinets and appliances in the room. However, this is not a complaint because I do not mind outdated if it works fine and it keeps the price of the hotel low. The room was clean and the staff was friendly so this stay fit my needs perfectly!

great morning coffee and quiet nights. the only thing that needs improving is the snow plowing

I think its a bit high price for what it is. The parking lot is not well lit. We had a truck filled with moving belongings and was worried to park in the dark. However, the girl at the front desk was VERY hospitable and helpful. She offered to check the truck periodically for us. Its pet friendly so that's a plus. Overall I just think its needs updating. Also I walked through all the floors looking for a vending machine for drinks and all I found was a sign saying it was in the laundry room, but that wasn't correct. It didn't exist.

The room is good. Hallway smells. Staff is very friendly.

Set up more for an extended stay than a relaxing weekend.

this place was wonderful because they had a full size fidge and nice kitchen

The staff was slow to respond and generally looked for excuses instead of solutions. We asked for an extra pillow and was told there probably wasn't one. In the entire hotel??? Really?? We also had issues with the paid internet connection. The person at the front desk said it wasn't her problem and that anyone who could help has probably left already (at 10:00 PM). The next morning, the front desk gave me a 1-800 number and said this was the best they could do. And of course, the 1-800 agent hung up after a minute on the call and did not speak English very well. I called back and got the same guy. The TV satellite went out for about 30 minutes as well. They weren't real interested in the guests

nice inexpensive clean stay

Hotel was clean and well-kept - both lobbies and inside the room. Front desk clert was nice and friendly. I was very surprised by the quality I got for $40. Would certainly stay there again.

The location is almost perfect for Woodfield Mall and I-90. However, the room was noisy because of the air conditioner and refrigerator. The bed was hard, but having a kitchen with a real refrigerator and stove is a pretty good idea. I can't complain much because of the good price and the nice staff.
