This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. They had me on the first floor and it was extremely loud every day. People were just hanging out in the lobby daily. Children running and playing in the halls and my room wasnt clean and house keeping doesn't clean unless you ask and even then they never came
its false advertising when you say Breakfast included and its not. Enough of the Blame Game on the Covid. Then don't say you include Breakfast when you don't.
