I didn’t like when i got there i didn’t get the room i booked online. I was told my room was moved because the one i booked wasn’t up to part & that i was being upgraded but i wasn’t upgraded. My room was very small & i didn’t get a city view like i booked. The room that i was put in faced another building no view of the city at all.

I loved the uniqueness of the hotel. I loved how close it was to everything, especially restaurants, Riverwalk, Chicago 360, etc. I would recommend staying here for solo travelers and couples.

We had a great stay. I have no complaints. Great location. Walking distance to everything like the bean, Nutella cafe, Giordanos pizza, London Rooftop, river walk and much more! Rooms are a bit small but the bed is fairly big. Whenever we needed something the staff were great at answering my questions and accommodating any request. I would definitely stay here again and big shout out to staff Jake and Jay they were awesome host!!

I enjoyed the blacked out curtains in the room, I did not however enjoy the leaking from the ac filter in the middle of my room. I have not dealt with that anywhere, in any hotel I have previously stayed at. I did not notify the front desk as the person who first greeted us coming in was not very welcoming or friendly to guests as they came into the lobby. On a separate occasion I had called the front desk to have extra towels delivered to my room and was told I would be accommodated; I did not get my fresh towels until the next day when I ran into the cleaning lady on the floor. I would more than likely not stay in this hotel again as the only reliable thing here is a bed and a restroom. There aren’t any outstanding amenities here for guests, for example; the hotel is not fully equipped to serve multiple guests at the bar that they have available pretty much at any time of day. The mini fridge they have does not work properly either; I had purchased water bottles from the pharmacy across the street and tried unsuccessfully to keep them cool in the fridge available.
