"Our stay at the Riu Santa Fe was short but spectacular. They employ an incredible staff that each go beyond expectations to help you. The bar staff were especially friendly and welcoming. The grounds are immense. They are kept beautifully. But, having some mobility issues I was not able to wander much. I would recommend a golf cart shuttle to the beach and back for those of us with children or health issues. "

"We recently stayed at this resort and overall it was clean and well maintained, which we appreciated. The rooms and common areas were kept tidy, and the staff did a good job with cleanliness throughout the property. However, there were several things that were disappointing. The food was not very good and lacked variety and flavor. It definitely didn’t meet expectations for a resort experience. We were also surprised to learn that you had to be a member to access better drink options, which didn’t feel fair for regular guests. That was frustrating. The pool was cold most of the day, which made it hard to fully enjoy, especially when relaxing poolside is a big part of a resort stay. The entertainment was okay, but nothing particularly memorable. Overall, it was an average experience. Clean property, but several areas could definitely use improvement."
