The check in process is exhausting as you have to complete the process between two counters on opposite sides of the lobby, silly. There are no housekeeping services unless staying 10+ days. Otherwise the is nicely kept, reasonably quiet and pleasant.

Room smelled bad, water slide didn't open until 1pm when the pool opens at 8. Pizza oven was broken. No coffee unless you go to cafe which isn't open until 8. TVs in the room only had local channels and. I Netflix , Hulu etc.

The hotel and room was great except for the only restaurant on site. They force you to tip with a mandatory gratuity added to all bills. Had to wait along with other customers for over 15 minutes to get service. And the stars could work on customer service.
