Woke up to an ant infestation in the couch in the one of the rooms we booked and they had gotten all into bags and shoes. We had to dump everything out and make sure we didn’t take them with us. Very unacceptable and I will be seeking compensation for the inconvenience.

Clean rooms, our room attendant for 0181 & 0178 was amazing while we were there. Staff at the far adult bar was fabulous. Buffet staff Adrianna was the highlight of every breakfast.

Very clean all around. Everyone that worked there were very friendly and helpful. Had an issue with our AC working, but when notified it was promptly fixed. Food was ok; have had a lot better at similar all inclusives at similar prices. The steakhouse was terrible. Buffet had a lot of options and the Asian restaurant was by far the best. It also had a lot of activities for the whole family.

Had a great stay at Riu Dunamar . Rooms were clean . Staff was good . The one person that stood out the most was Addy at the dinner buffet she was the best . She was so sweet and nice always had a smile on her face. We mostly at dinner there because of her .

El hotel lo tiene todo: la comida buenísima, el servicio espectacular, el personal súper amable, el ambiente muy agradable y la limpieza impecable. De verdad se siente que se esfuerzan por hacerte pasar unas buenas vacaciones. No tuve ninguna queja, todo nos gustó. Es un lugar donde uno puede relajarse, disfrutar y olvidarse del estrés. Sin duda volvería a viajar y repetiría la experiencia en este hotel con mi familia.
