This resort is an absolute paradise. The buildings themselves are beautiful as well as the garden and pools. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and fun. All of the food was outstanding, not one meal disappointed and I ate at almost every restaurant on site. I highly recommend booking a massage while you stay here. I received a deep tissue massage and it was the best I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you to the team at Live Aqua!

We loved it. He hasn’t stopped talking about his stay yet and it’s been almost a month. We will definitely be back. The food and drinks were really tasty, the staff were pleasant and friendly. Only thing I wished I knew was that the steakhouse wasn’t part of all inclusive and quiet pricey

We travel to Cancun every year and have stayed at Live Aqua for the 6th time this year. We tried other resorts in the past but Live Aqua is definitely better than the others, when comparing the overall price to the quality of the food (and all the options of restaurants on property), rooms, pool area, service, beach area, etc. What stands out most is the HIGH quality of the service and friendliness! The location is great being right across the street from the mall and very close vicinity to great restaurants, in case you'd like to leave the resort. The ONLY thing that could use improvement is updating the lobby/common areas. Not "bad" by any means. In fact, I'd give everything and staff a 5+ star and the feel of the lobby/common areas a 4 star.
Great shows every Saturday. Many other activities throughout the week.

Excellent experience for an adult, all-inclusive, relaxing getaway. Upscale dining options and beautiful, well-kept property. The only drawback is that for the Aqua Club, cabanas should be included for all rooms - not just the suites. Otherwise, great experience.

Excellent friendly accommodating staff! Best service I’ve had at an all inclusive. Food was good.Room was nice with ocean view. Location was great. Walkable to the Isle mall which has everything! Much more than expected! Short taxi ride to get on a ferry to take a day trip to the beautiful Isle Mujeres. Which I fully recommend! Coco Bongo was a blast! All around great time!
