Everything was amazing. Definitely book your dinner reservations asap. I tried the Asian and Italian restaurants and was not disappointed. The service was excellent.

If you asked me to make one improvement ..... I cannot...PLEASE...don't change a thing !!

Our stay at the Leblanc hotel was off the charts! Impeccable service and property. We can't say enough about it. Highly recommend everything about it. The property is stunning and has so much to offer. The beach, the pool - amazing! Food quality was excellent as well as the presentation of it. We enjoyed the activities that were provided (circus, jazz player, New Year's Eve party). The spa is stunning and well worth it. The concierge staff was very helpful in planning day trips. You will not be disappointed in any way!

The facility is showing its age but is still a beautiful hotel. The staff is above and beyond any other hotel staff.

This is the third time we stayed at this resort. All the positive things other reviewers have stated are all true: great facilities, excellent food, beautiful beach. And these were the reasons we went back. But two things tainted our stay this time. We were given $300 additional spa credit for attending the membership presentation. But when we checked out, the spa credit was not applied, and they refused to do so, the reason being that we booked the spa treatment before the presentation. But this was not clearly explained to us when we agreed to the presentation. I do believe that the natural assumption that a spa credit means spa credit for the duration of the stay. So if this were not true, it needs to be clearly stated. They eventually gave us a $150 credit, but this was not satisfactory, and I was appalled at how a resort of this stature would nickle and dime a returning customer like this. The second thing was minor: we forgot a pair of board shorts at the pool one afternoon; when we returned to retrieve them, not even 10 minutes later, they were gone, and they never showed up at lost-and-found. I was very bewildered by this, as it seemed unbelievable that someone would take them. I deem these incidents extremely unfortunate, as we loved this resort. But now I'm not sure we will return, nor do we feel comfortable recommending this resort to others. We will contest the charges and hope the resort will change its spa credit policy so that it does not appear untruthful.

I have a gluten & dairy allergy/intolerance. The head chef went out of his way many meals for me by preparing a delicious & healthy meal that I could enjoy without having to worry about my allergies. I was amazed at how eager everyone was to help me out with my food allergies and recommend dining options that I could enjoy. The staff at Le Blanc was the best we've had at any resort. The food was also the best we've had at any resort too! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing time on vacation with great customer service!

You never have to leave, as there is plenty to do there. Also, shopping, and restaurants are very near by to get souvenirs to take home.

The staff initiated the perfect amount of attention to our needs. Not too much, not too little. Food and drinks were at a different level than of the other Palace Resorts. Resort credits were a confusing mess, but not needed to enjoy your stay. Don't bank on getting any value out of them., think of them as value added if you can make use of them, in some way. Great location and as close to five stars as any Cancun hotel.

Staff goes way beyond excellent every need and want is addressed I only wish more people would realize that all inclusive does not mean not showing your appreciation by giving some gratuity. These people work for peanuts yet always a smile and what can we do for you

Le Blanc is by far the best all inclusive resort we have ever stayed at! 5 stars all the way! It is a bit pricey but it was well worth it! Wish we could have stayed another few days. We didnt want it to be over! We look forward to going back!

LeBlanc is simply THE Best From the moment you walk through the front door, till the moment you leave, you are showered with the best customer service possible. One of the most amazing things about LeBlanc is that you cannot tell who the Management staff is.. All of the employees have authority to make your request a reality. So rare in any business. This was our 5th visit to LeBlanc, there really is no equal resort that I know of.

This hotel was lovely, but to make it worth your while you need to be bigger eaters and drinkers. I thought this was the case for my husband and I, but it turns out a couple of drinks by the pool every afternoon and wine at dinner every night probably wasn't enough to make this worth while. But the food and alcohol were both of high quality. Great mojitos!

We went for our honeymoon the staff made it an amazing experience for us. I have zero complaints, everything was perfect! I can honestly say it was the best trip we have ever have taken the food was exquisite and drinks were top notch, all premium liquors. Every staff member we met went out of their way to ensure we were always satisfied. It's a regal like experience and it is no surprise why its rated the best resort in Cancun.

i didn't have to think about a thing! No reservations, drinks and food all day long. The Italian restaurant was our fave. Swam with dolphins and it was wonderful and included! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone who just needs to escape the everyday work life with kids.

I spent months going through reviews of places and came upon Le Blanc. I really did not believe all the amazing reviews, but gave the place a chance. TRULLY AMAZING from the moment we got there, to the moment we left. Resort, Food & Staff were the best I have ever experienced! I thought the resort credits were too good to be true, but they really made our time at Le Blanc AMAZING!!! We just got back and are already planning our return!!! ps: The Italian is THE BEST!!!!

We loved the service we received at the Le Blanc. From the moment we arrived we received exceptional service. The food was very good, enjoyed the asian restaurant the best. The cabanas were an added plus to our long weekend get away. We love kids and have a couple of our own but to stay at an adult exclusive hotel was just so relaxing. Definitely will stay here again.

My partner and I celebrated our 23rd anniversary at Le Blanc. I was unsure if I would enjoy an "all-inclusive" experience as I rather like variety and exploration. Le Blanc definately altered my perception of such resorts. The restaurants, especially the a-la-carte italian, was top notch. The food was only surpassed by the excellent service. The pool and swim-up bar was so relaxing - hours just slipped away. The crystal blue waters of the beaches were the best I have ever experienced. My room and the view was magnificant. The floor's butler was so personable and accomodating. I simply cannot think of a single complaint. Only negative was having to leave.
