Excellent option for staying in Cancun at a fraction of the price of beach front hotels. Calm and quiet, ideal for families. Breakfast and lunch are of very good quality and pricing.
It was very quiet and very personal, the management was very accommodating in upgrading my room again. This is the second time I’ve stayed here and will stay here again.
The online pictures doesn't show everything. There is only standup shower in the room. Window curtain is light, doesn't block sun lights. You can hear all the noise from inside the room. The room i was given, room deadbolt didn't work. The shower door didn't have a lock. While showering, the door opens 1/4th automatically.
Nothing fancy about this Hotel. Not to far from the Hotel Zone. We used it to sleep and shower. Paid for Breakfast and was very disappointed with what was given, save yourself the money. Has a small pool and staff was friendly. Definitely worth the price.
The hotel is very good. Close to hotel zone n beaches within 15-20 min walking distance.. There is nearby chedurai superstore where you can find everything water, any food, chips, alcohol beer every thing ...Do not take breakfast option for additional $4/day with the hotel price... in breakfast they serve very thin slices of any two fruits, a glass of orange juice, 2 toasted breads, Jam and coffee.. All of that you can buy from Chedurai superstore in USD $5 which is sufficent for a week...things I purchased from superstore -> water 15 pesos for 5 lt, mangoes... banana for 16 Passos per kg,... A pack of toasted bread 15 pasos which contain 20 breads, large veggie pizza USD 6... Also DO NOT do currency exchange at the airport either request your bank atleast 3-4 business days in advance or carry dollars to Cancun in every store they accept USD with the exchange rate of 17 pasos or higher ... At airport I got exchange rate of 14..next to grand royal lagoon there is Subway and a store 3 min walking distance opens 24hrs..if you you buy something from there you can give them USD and whatever change left they will give you pasos @17..Public transportation bus is very cheap pasos 12/person. From one end to another end. U make sure to give pasos to the bus driver if you give them 1 USD they will not give you any change back. U can bargain on price every where including the packages for XELHA, XCARET, TULUM, or any other package. e.g. USD100 for package u can get in 60 after bargaining
Not bad it was actually pleasant, staff was nice, good for short stay, not updated but good for the price... had view of the lagoon. GM helped us get tour packages and gave us a discount!
