Very enjoyable stay. Friendly staff, great amenities. A bit difficult for our party of 10 to get early dinner reservations (earliest was 8:30/9ish each night). Food was great though. Would definitely come back.

We were there for 3 nights. We left feeling dissatisfied. We had high expectations due to the overall rating, but left feeling that it was overrated. Plus: nice spacious clean room, friendly staff, beautiful pool and beach, nice views from rooms. Ordering food at the pool/beach is much better than restaurant. Negatives: food tend to be cold. Not all restaurants are included in the inclusive package. There is a French restaurant that seems to be empty all the time we were there due to extra $85 USD per person. Seafood restaurant has good seafood, but don’t expect to get lobster or steaks, it will cost $2300 and $1300 pesos extra respectively. Again, the food came out luke warm or cold. Shower pressure is extremely weak. I hope it’s not about conserving water.

Our stay met all of our expectations and then some. Bathrooms were a little dated but we didn’t mind. Rooms were clean with amazing views and housekeeping went above and beyond keeping our room clean and always stocked with supplies several times a day. A+++. The food was wonderful at every place we sat down to eat! I believe the customer service from every single staff member working at the resort was simply amazing. From guest services, servers, pool staff, cabana staff and housekeeping. I have never felt this at a resort anywhere in all of our travels. Every staff member genuinely made us feel like they were there solely to make sure we had an amazing stay.AA+++. Well done. We will recommend to everyone and will definitely return in the future.

The facilities are sparkling clean. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Lots of dining choices and activities during day and at night. This was my second stay. The first I went with family this time girls trip. Both were perfect. Spa is amazing.

The room was very clean and had a great view. The sales pitch for the vacation club is a straight up scam. We did the pitch and got the upgraded bracelet for exclusive beach access and premium drinks, very nice to have. The drinks were sooo much better. Not even close. The loungers at the beach and wait staff was really great. You can only get premium drinks from the staff and bar at the exclusive end. The premium bar is upstairs and is not the bar located right on the beach behind the exclusive zone loungers. Found that out about half way through the first day.

Rooms are outdated and tub enamel cracked so could not use bathtub. Food was ok. Buffet was simple with no real change day to day. Our waiter Victor in the buffet was an absolute pleasure. He is a hidden gem in the restaurant. Outside seafood restaurant was very good. Seem to cater to private business events more than average people. Would choose Hyatt Ziva next time.

This resort has potential, but overall the experience was mixed. The positives: • The à la carte restaurants were good. Food quality, service, and presentation at these restaurants stood out and were enjoyable. • The resort has a nice layout and beachfront location, and staff at the restaurants were generally professional and attentive. Where it falls short: • The buffet needs improvement, especially in food variety and cleanliness. Options were repetitive, and the food stations often looked messy and not well maintained, which affected the dining experience. • Room condition was disappointing for a resort in this price range. The property is clearly older and in need of attention. Our room showed visible wear and tear, including poor paint work, worn fixtures, cracks, stains, and general signs of neglect. It did not reflect a luxury or five-star standard. • Maintenance and upkeep appear inconsistent, particularly in the rooms and bathrooms, which made the stay less comfortable than expected. Overall: This resort is not terrible, but it does not currently meet the expectations of a luxury, five-star, all-inclusive resort. With better maintenance, refreshed rooms, and improved buffet quality and cleanliness, it could be much better. At its current state, I would rate it 6 out of 10. It may be acceptable for some travelers, but those expecting a true luxury experience may be disappointed.

Everything was perfect and great! Extremely nice staff, the food is really great with a lot of options. No wait in any amenities of the hotel or restaurants.plenty of free spot at the beach or pool. This my 3rd stay in the hotel and we had every time the same experience. Highly recommend it.
