The staff really made this a great experience. They provided great service and made my family and I feel like VIPs. That said, I do encourage caution for people who have mobility issues. The main buffet area has a ramp to go to the dining tables, but the primary way to be able to access the food is using stairs. Noticing that made me notice that the doors on the bathrooms across from the cafe are round knobs that could be hard for people to push open. None of these were deal breakers for us, but I do think people with mobility issues may want to be intentional about requesting rooms closer to elevators and create a plan that lets them maximize eating in places that are more accessible.

The accommodations were wonderful and if something we needed wasn't at the giftshop, the pharmacy and other stores were a very short walk from the hotel. Our toddler caught a bug and the staff was quick to bring us anything we needed to care for her. This resort is very family friendly and its the primary reason we chose it. If you dont want to share a pool with children of all ages, this is not the place for you. If you dont mind kids, this place is a gem. La Joya was phenomenal. We ate here our first and last night. The Fish A La Talla Style was absolutely divine. As were the Mole de Olla! Pros: Quality offerings at every restaurant (Especially the Steakhouse and La Joya). Staff were incredibly warm and helpful, the pools and beach were not a long hike away. Very accessible. No "timeshare" sales pitches. Room was spacious and beds felt amazing (pillows could be improved), no matter how busy the staff were at the buffet, they were always kind and attentive. Cons: some of rhe restaurants were so difficult to find. For a couple of the restaurants, there were no signs to indicate which restaurant was what. Empanada grill was connected to the steakhouse (and there was not a single empanada on the menu.. thay was disappointing. And the kids zone was ao hard to find. Please install racks for drying clothes on the balcony 🙏

Chose this property for the children’s pool, it was peeled paint everywhere and broken steps, nothing like what you see in the photos. We stayed for less than 5 minutes after seeing the hazards. Moving on to the room, it was above the lobby, and they had nightly very loud music. Was not warned about it and with a toddler it was an awful sleep every night. Will never go back!

The resort is very nice however the rooms are very dated and worn down. We were staying at room 421 & the sink had multiple cracks & the bathroom drain was very rusty & there was hole around the drain.

Beautiful property wonderful staff fantastic food service and cleanliness waters were also good just my only disappointment was there was not as much “coral reef” as we would have expected to see considering it’s called grand fiesta Americana coral beach cancun, even with the snorkelling excursion we did to isla Mujeres nothing really to see under the water in terms of coral reef and sea life.
