I thought since this was a Marriot hotel would be nice. Mistake!! Horrible! The sheets disgusting. The Ac SUPER NOISY. If you want to feel encarcelated those rooms are perfect. Horrible hotel!! Im glad i only book one night!! Please those sheets and those pillows!!’ CHANGE them for new ones
I rented a double room just for one night after cancjn airport and my final resort destination. The facility and staff are good. But we had a really bad experience with AC unit - it was so noisy at night so it was not able to sleep good. Also it was not able to handle the hot weather outside during day time because I guess they had really bad windows . It was like a hell

We stay here every single time we are in Cancun for business. The price point is perfect and the free breakfast is a major plus. We will definitely continue staying here each time we visit.
This hotel is located right in front of Las Americas Mall, where you can find many things. Rooms are very small but if you are out most of the day you won't need too much space Staff was nice and helpful, internet WiFi was ok and the breakfast was good enough, don't expect anything fancy
THE ROOM WAS FILLED WITH MOLD. THE STAFF WERE RUDE. THE BREAKFAST WAS JUST TOAST AND EGG-MIXED PORK.
Hotel is being remodeled and it smells like paint. The breakfast, which is included free, is not so good. It does not provides butter for the toasted bread. The "orange" juice is not natural juice. There is no good selection of cereal. This hotel's rate is the same as the One Cancun Centro Hotel but I would definitely pick The One Cancun Centro over this one if I would have been given the chance to choose between the two.
Little english, small room, bad internet. Breakfeast ok. Took 15 minutes to get room because I booked on the way there.
Got there 10pm with my gf and 2 friends. We had 3 reservation for 1 queen bed each and they gave us 3 room with 2 single beds each. They didnt want to give us what we paid for. After 45 minutes of arguing they gave me and my gf a room with queen bed but not my friends. Got in the room and there was hair all over the place, was incredible, 3 big hair in the bed sheets, hair on the bed tables and hair all over the floor. floor was really dirty. The manager came to clean the room at midnight and then i slept good.
unfortunately most hotels in mexico dont work that fast worbitz. twice in this trip to mexico i had to wait almost an hour so they could check my reservation throughorbitz. in one ocasion they never found in their systerm my reservation. i had to pay twice. personal is not nice. continental breakfast is a ch......... you better dont go down for it.
En general es un buen hotel para pasar la noche. No tiene grandes amenidades, pero el servicio es muy bueno y diligente. Lo más que nos gustó fue el desayuno que estuvo rico y bastante variado. Cuando llegamos a la habitación tenia un fuerte olor a humedad, pero lo resolvimos comprando un desodorante ambiental. El unico contratiempo que tuvimos realmente fue que las tarjetas de entrada a la habitación no funcionaban bien y en ocasiones tuvimos que pedirle al personal que nos abriera. Igualmente, la máquina de hielo se dañó el segundo día. Fuera de eso, el precio y la localización valen la pena para pasar una o dos noches en Cancún (cerca de Puerto Juarez).
